The king of fighters 98 on the Arcade was my first fighting game experience when I was about 6 in 2001 my Grandma may she rest in peace ran a salon in Mexicali and she had two arcade machines that one and metal slug so all the neighborhood kids could come and play for a peso. That place was always packed, Good times! I’m gonna need an arcade to replicate that nostalgia as much as I can. Thanks for the video!
This is actually possible via an upscaler (like a Retrotink or OSSC) to the included HDMI input. Most modern or classic consoles can be hooked up! If I can snag one of these myself, my Hi-Saturn would be right at home in one of these.
I've been watching this since it was announced. Unfortunately they decided to start pricing at $999 without base, and no idea if that will include shipping costs.
I don't mind paying if it's quality but Will wait on specs. I Own sevaral Jamma/JVS boards and systems in various display modes so probablya compatibilty charts would be helpful, like CPS,Taito, PGM, MVS, Atomis, Naomi, etc (i.e. do i need my own JVS to Jamma and does it have the power option or do i have to hack ) . is it just a lay flat or will there be somw why to secure the boards etc. etc. etc. If it is just a C-box in a fancy case then i wil lprobably pass.
Yup, I like this! I've been wanting a candy cab for the game room. I think this might fit the bill. I just want to see a little more on the specs and what all actually comes with it at release.
@@MrWrightWay yeah I have a mini PC with about 80 emulators! That thing has about 60,000 games on it. It's crazy what you can do now as far as gaming! But I will say this there's nothing like collecting! Keep them videos coming bro!
They won’t answer me clearly on kick harness support. They claim it’s built into their jamma edge. But won’t tell me if it’ll work on anything but cps2 (like other games that take kick harnesses like Namco boards (rival schools, soul caliber, Tekken etc)
i like this and it's the same price as the beat up ones you find online - slap a steam deck in the belly and game on

It’s $1K but I’m not sure if that price included the base according to Unicos FB post.

Love the hat Steve though I'll probably have to pass on this sadly because space 😅
Nice Steve! Do you have any emulation devices? I know you're a major collector, and you like physical games!
I have a LOT of
