Looks real to me. Ive sold wuite a few old genuine shirts. As long as the insude tags sre good, you are good to go. Fakes dont usyally bother that much with exact replications of the inside tags
Man u is genuine shirt but you be lucky to get £250 loads of them for sale the barcelona is a 1998/99 third shirt goes for about £60 that's all I can tell you
Used or short sleeved yes, brand new with tags/long sleeve, there's not many! I haven't decided whether to sell or how to sell it yet, but I have been offered that in a group (likely a scammer but seemed pretty genuine offer)
@@TomsToys95 loads of fakes selling £50-80 on eBay, no real ones like this. V rare, go high first, try to sell on private groups then move to eBay if needs be
Out of interest, what other shirts did she have, and were they used or new with tags, i buy and sell football shirts on a daily basis , so im interested to know if there was other shirts which are also worth a lot of money
I offered £200 (on top of the £100 I'd already paid) but she wanted £300 and that wasn't in my budget, one or two United training shirts from 2004/5 ish, Barcelona 03/04 third I think, and some real Madrid ones, some Aston villa stuff and some England training tops thrown in there as well, this was probably the oldest shirt in there, the rest were all used
Defo not a Holy Grail football shirt, think you forgot decimal point £12.50, joking aside it a decent find for a Man U fan - £100 - £200 tops, but good clickbait :)
That's the going rate for a used one with short sleeves. If you can point me in the direction of more long sleeved 2 star shirts new with tags I'll scoop them all up for that price! The £1250 is a stretch but that is what I've been offered in a Facebook group.
@TomsToys95 250 quid shirt every day of the week, maybe 300 with tags but if you've been offered 4 figures snap their hands off, I collect united shirts especially 90s and 300 notes in my opinion is realistic for it
I posted it in a man united shirt collectors group on Facebook and got about 17 people messaging me asking to sell it, someone offered £1250 - could have been a scammer but some people said don't sell for less than £1000 and someone said he sold on same condition sealed in the bag (which I don't have) for £1500. Either way it's looking like a good find, but I don't want to click bait, if I get £800+ I think I'll be very lucky!
You are right in what you say, I don’t have any particular knowledge on this shirt but it ticks all the boxes to be extremely rare. I wouldn’t sell for less than £1000 & obviously the best way to sell would be through private groups with no fees. I can only guess that people are seeing the fakes of the same shirt that are selling on eBay for £50-£80 crazily & treating them as real. I’d also be tempted to get it dry cleaned to get rid of the mark on neck, just so you can sell as completely mint, new with tags. Good luck
Probably 😂 It's a mix of it being long sleeve, the 2 stars on the shirt was a commemorative shirt so maybe less were sold compared to the standard one, and it's "New" with tags which indicates it's never been worn. This shirt used, without tags in short sleeves sells for £150/250 depending on size or condition. So I think it's a just a really rare version of the shirt
Great find! 💥🔥🔥
Cheers, Boss 🫡

£300-500 for used in good condition, new with tags, should be able to achieve £1000 imo

Think you got ripped off paying that much for toilet roll mate.. Seriously though that's a great find, congrats 💥💥
Thank you mate 😂 definitely will not see anything like it again
from what i can see on eBay they haven't sold that much, what have you found ? definitely not the price of £1250 you have in your title

That caps too big for your little head
It's a one size cap I've probably just adjusted it too much 😂 tbf though if I wear hats too fitted I get headaches so I usually wear them loose
