Note that I am trying something new. I will be making the normal video, then a week later it will be followed by the ASMR version. The ASMR version will always be a bit shorter, but then I will be typing in the closed captions so you will get more information and insights from the ASMR version.
I'm pretty sure it would be! That hammock shows 2m long, the fabric on the hammock shown is 2.75m. The issue would be width, with that haven hammock at 30' wide it might be close to the chimney when swung that direction. I think it would fit, you would just have to be very careful. The tent has an opening at each end for the ridge line to go through, though it is small, maybe 3x10cm maximum. There are 3 zippers, so for more ventilation you can just open the top zipper more. If comes with a carabiner and elastic to keep them together as the hammock moves up and down, you would need to unhook them or use a longer piece of elastic, but more ventilation would be easy to accomplish
@@HandfulOfTranquility Yep, this is why i think this is strange as the onetigris tegimen is complaint with the haven hammock, it has been tested by lonewolf, and the tegimen is only 2m large, while the onewind is 2.4m but it looks short for the haven hammock, this has no sense. You're right, there are 3 zippers, i didn't notice them. Maybe zipper and carabiners could be rubberized to avoid noise with the wind, did you experience that? Also having 2 attachs instead of just one for the ridge line would be welcomed. Hoping they will provided camo color.
I certainly wouldn't be cooking in my tent so much if I had to worry about bears. I'm glad I don't have to worry about that, it's very convenient to cook on the stove in the warm tent vs having to go a couple hundred yards away in the cold. I guess I'd keep a fire going at the cooking location?
Where I am from "large" does not convey if its length, height, or width, nor do I have all the specs memorized, I'm not fluent at metric, and don't feel like looking up the tents at 2am. Now that I'm actually up I can see what you are referring to. In the video at one point I stretched out and did not touch both walls, so it definitely is wider than the Tegimen. However, the Tegimen is quite a bit longer as well as a few inches taller. If you are of average height or more (5'9" /175cm +) , the tegimen is probably a better fit from that aspect alone as I can't QUITE stand up in the middle of this if I stake it a the way to the ground, which I always do. I guess most hammock campers don't and have a hands worth of gap which would give the extra headroom, but I don't want drafts or it won't be warm inside and my feet will always be freezing Both tents would comfortably fit 2 on the ground, and I think 3 would be pushing it in both. I think you may fit 1 across the width and 2 down the length in the Penumbra without being too close to the stove (but would HAVE to be mindful of opening the sleeping bag). In the Tegimen it would be tight across the width, but MAY be able to be done. If so, then 3 should fit. If not, I suspect you may only fit 2 before you start to get too close to the stove. I'd need to draw it out, or maybe you can ask Spackmann to lay out some sleeping pads to see how many can realistically fit with a stove
@@HandfulOfTranquility Well i guess 2.4m can't be the length and it's impossible to be the height but what is surprising is we wonder if width can be enough because really close from the stove while it's ok in the tigris which length is a little more but is supposed to be closer to the stove because of a shorter width. Onewind height is mentioned to be 190cm on the website, here again seem surprising as your experience is more for a human size of 175cm so apparently 190 cm with draft like you said but then onwind is wrong to give that dimension. I'm searching to place the haven safen hammock, a 1m width table with its chair and have a place to put a foldable bike with my backpacks

That’s pretty cool tent. Looks huge
Could you fit two hammocks and a stove in there?
Hi, Is it compliant with the haven safari hammock? Does it have vents for safety purpose when you use a stove?

I furgot to mention, I will be out next weekend most likely so I can try to check on clearance from a stovepipe to a 30" wide tent

@@HandfulOfTranquility in winter bears are asleep so nooo stress
Specs gives 2.4m large while a onetigris tegimen is 2m but it does look larger which is strange
Which dimension are you speaking of, height? Length?
@@HandfulOfTranquility i mentioned "large" and provided the spec values as references to recognize even more what is is about
