Hi Mark, here is my strategy for this homework:
I would advise my friend Maria, who wants to study abroad, to try to get a scholarship in Japan.
The reason why I would suggest that is because Japan has great Universities with affordable programs.
Also, Japan has a great culture of discipline and respect, it would add up a lot of nice experiences throughout her time there.
I think it would be important to mention the enjoyable Japanese cuisine with a lot of hot dishes and sea food as well.
To conclude (if I would still have some time left), I would definitely talk about couple fun experiences I had living in Japan.

    HeySeun,
I would suggest Canada for your Masters degree. Canada has one of best Universities providing high value education accredited throughout the world. Another reason I would encourage you to study in canada is because it is a multi cultural country , you will get to meet people from around the globe. One of my friend is studying in Vancouver and she has already made so many friends from different countries. It is so nice to get an opportunity to know people from different cultures.
Not to miss, there are lot of food options in Canada. Being a land of immigrants, one can enjoy delicacies from around the world. However, there is one downside and that is weather. Canada is known for harsh winters because the temperature is extremely low like -30 degrees. However , you get accustomed to it after an year.

If you ever make a video about extra tips that people might need, please tell them that they can ask for earplugs (I did not know that until I was already done with the test, and it could have been really useful, because especially when other people start their Writing test, it gets super noisy in the room, the keyboards are not the high quality silent ones that most of us have)

Hi Ana, i would recommend you considering Spain as a great place for studying abroad. For one, it is a beautiful country that has great places and lot of history. Secondly, people there are so friendly. At the end, you already speak Spanish and it would be easy for you to fit in. I have one friend there who studies art. She is so happy for choosing Barcelona because it has splendid weather and beautiful architecture. She and her colleagues often go visiting different places, hiking, cycling or enjoying the sea.

Secondly, weather is amazing as well , you can enjoy almost all the seasons such as summer, fall, spring and snow in winters. Also , you will get chance to try variety of different foods plus people in this country are very helpful and friendly and the last most important thing is Canada has most repudiated universities and you cannot get better education anywhere else. Hey Brianna, I would suggest you moving to study abroad in USA. Firstly, the country is well known for the brilliant researches on agriculture, which I know it is your major. There are lots of fields and farmers where you will be able to conduct your experiment. Also they encourage students to develop projects on this area aiming to become the top country on it. Other reason is most Universities in USA are amazing! The dorms, dining centers, sharing a room with someone else, meeting new people and so on, I mean you are gonna love this environment. You know, it is a good time to make new friends and to build up a professional network. Finally, it is a great opportunity to travel around the country during the breaks and weekends! There are amazing beaches in Florida, the Grand Canyon in Arizona, Central Park in New York, you can go skiing in Denver, whatever you want to do, you can make it. USA is kinda complete country considering its extension and diversity. I am sure you are gonna love studying there.

Hey john, i heard that your planning to study abroad for your college and thats nice to hear , do you have any specific county or school in your mind? if you don’t have anything yet, i would suggest you to have a quick background check in every country you want to go , you can check the Miami University it has a warm condition to live for schooling for the whole year, you can also check Universities in Canada they also have a good feedback with regards to professionalism of their student and they have a great four season in the entire year and more places to visit like the niagara falls, CN tower a few beautiful place to mention. Anyway just tell me whenever you have time to have a quick review of the school you wanted to spent so i can help you.

Hi Anna I would suggest you to study here in Canada their a lot of foreign people coming here from different places or country to study because of the standard and quality of education they teach. Secondly the transportation here is well organized and a lot of bus. Moreover the people living here are friendly, well manner and very safe country. In addition you really like a cold weather and Canada is one of the coldest places in the world and this is perfect for you. You will not feel boring their because you can do a lot of sports during summer and winter season. You can do some outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and many more also in winter time you can do skiing, playing hockey and etc. If you like night party their a lot of bar and restaurant with a safe environment and the services are good. The`re are a lot of variety of delicious foods in Canada. You well not regret it if you choose to study here.

    Hi Mark,
Congratulations on clearing your graduation exams. I heard you are thinking of going abroad for higher studies and I would like give you some tips. I would suggest you to go the United States for your future studies. Its a great country to stay and have some top universities. The weather in US differ from state to state but usually it is way better than India. One of my friend is studying at the University of Michigan and says US is a nice play to stay. The paying guest nearby the University is really cheap and there is also an option to stay at the university hostel. Most universities provides that. He also says the food is pretty good and there quite a lot of Indian stores and restaurants where you get nice Indian food. You get the feeling of your home when you eat at Indian restaurants. Apart from studies you also get to work part time for 20 hours a week. This will help earn some dollars and help you pay the education load debt taken back home. Anyways those are my two cents. I hope it helps you.

Laura I would recomend you to go studying to Canada, and more specifically to Calgary. Here there are a bunch of good and serious schools to consider for the foreign students. I really beleive that you will enjoy this city because the people are nice and friendly. They also like to talk with everybody on the bus stop or on the street, and this will help you so much to improuve your language skills. In fact, on the morning you will study on the school where the teachers will teach you the correct grammar and the vocabolary you need for speaking. On the afternoon you can challenge yourself trying to communicate with the other people. Also you will enjoy this city because on the summer the days are really warm ad long, so you will get so many chances and time for practicing your outdoor activities and meeting new people every day. On the winter it's also nice because it's actual cold, but it's ok because here it's very dry so you don't feel the cold like in our country where is very humide, and during the winter you're never feel good when your outside even if there are only 0 or max -2 degrees. I guess that on the end of your language course, you will not going to leave this place for any reason, because you will feel in love for it. I hope you will consider my opinion about this city, because I'm living here and I know how magic Calgary is.

Mary, I would recommend going to Canada. Canada it is a great country to choose. It has great universities like University of Toronto, York, Waterloo, Guelph, etc. Each university has a good reputation people who graduated from these ones can be considered for a good job once they finish their career.
Another interesting aspect is you will be immersing in a native English environment. That will let you not only improve your English, but also acquire another skill such study in those of this recognized universities to build your Resume. Knowing the good student that you are this is going to be easy for you. Do not forget, that intercultural experience you will have. People from every part of the world come to Canada for different purpose such a live, study, work, and others. This experience it will open your mind and also change how you see the world. Canada is recognized as a multicultural country, where the right of the minorities must be respect.
An interesting fact that I cannot forget to tell you is the weather in Canada. Canada has four seasons spring, summer, fall, and winter last one can be a challenge. The best thing is embrace; the best way to enjoy winter activities is to dress for the cold. Canadians are really proud of their winter, for then is a new adventurous to begin. They also see many advantages to do different kind of sports like practicing snowmobiling, snowboarding, play hockey (a national sport), snowshoeing and others more.
I hope that my suggestions help you with your decision.

Sara , I've heard you are thinking of study abroad. I would recommend Canada. As you know I have studied in Canada , that 's why I think I can give you some helpful suggestions.
First, Canada has colleges and universities with excellent academic standards. If you graduate from any Canadian university or college, this would not only help you to broad your educational level, but also your English skills will improved. In the meantime, If you add any Canadian degree in you resume , you will likely to get hired in a valid company, because this leaves a good impression on the employers.
Second, Canada is a multi culture country and during your educational period, you can make friends so you don't feel homesick. Making friends also help you to find a suitable job, after graduation. If you know, I have been referred by one of my friends in the college to my current work. When she got hired in the Bank , she told me they have hiring and she was my reference.
Anyway, good luck with your decision , I am sure you will make the right choice for you. If you need of any assistance please let me know

Germany has great weather it has different seasons, you will enjoy it so much, I know you will enjoy winter there because you like winter season so much. There there is a diversity of multi-nationality you will not feel alone and even you will find different cuisines from around the world. People here are very friendly and very helpful you will not find it hard to communicate with them and it is easy to have friends. Besides there are many carnivals and celebration you will really like these atmospheres. Good luck.

Jenny, I would suggest going to United States of America for further study.
The country has lots of universities to apply for and good education too. They have students coming from all the corners of world and you will make new friends belonging to different countries.
The placement is good there. Once you finish studies, you can apply to different companies that are coming on campus for that university and get a nice job.
It also has different variety of foods. You can find restaurants of various cuisines. I would suggest to try out different different cuisines as it will be nice experience to get there.
Once my friend was searching for an Italian restaurant there and he ordered Lasagnia. It was awesome! I will share his contact details with you in case if you need any help if you are considering to go there.

Hi Jenny. I understand that you are considering studying abroad. As you know, I have some experiences studying abroad, so perhaps I can give you some helpful advice.
I would recommend you studying in South Korea because of several reasons. Firstly, South Korea is one of the most stable countries in the world. For instance, if you drop a purse or a passport on a street, most people who seeing it will be willing to get it back to you. I think you could study there without any concern of somebody stealing your stuff. In addition, I know that you are interested in oriental philosophy. South Korea has a lot of universities or institutions studying Buddhism or Confucian culture. Moreover, South Korea is just between China and Japan, so when you want to travel there to study something, it will take just a couple of hours without jet lag. Lastly, I know you really enjoy online games. The country that has the fastest internet speed in the world is South Korea. And the internet fee is only about 25 dollars a month with unlimited data plan.
Anyhow, good luck with your studying abroad. I am sure that you will make the right choice for you.

I'm really excited for you that you are looking forward to studying abroad and I recommend Canada for several reasons. Firstly, Canada education is very structured, organized and the curriculum was designed for career oriented education. Secondly, Canada provides open work permit visas to students and allows them to work while they are studying. This really helps you to earn some money to pay your education and utility bills. You can also put this work experience in your resume once you are done with your studies and looking for fulltime jobs. Finally, Canada is a beautiful country with unity in diversity. It is very safe and you can feel like our home country. One of my cousins recently completed his education in University of Toronto and joined as a Cyber Security engineer for one of top most banks of Canada. I will introduce you to my cousin and you can always reach him if you need any specific support or guidance once you reach Canada. He can also help you to find a part time job.
Please do not hesitate to call me or visit home if you need any further advice.

Here is an hypothetical answer ; Hi Jen, I heard that you would like to study abroad. I would recommend Toronto, Canada. There are a couple of reasons why. Firstly, there are worldly well known universities in Toronto such as U of T, Ryerson, York, Waterloo, and so on. I remember that you are interested in Early childhood Educator's course. You might want to check U of T. They have a co-up program which provides reaching teaching experience. I am sure you could find a school that fits you the best here.Secondly, There are a lot attractions in downtown Toronto, such as, the museum, science centre, AGO art gallery, CN tower and more. You will never feel bored here. Moreover, as you know, Toronto is a diverse city. you can experience multi cultures and ethnic foods. You might experience eye opening moment here. Definitely, your intellectual herizon would be enhancing and your mind would be growing.
I hope you find my advice helpful. However, no matter what you decide to go, remember you have my back.
    Hey Mark,
It would be grateful, if you could give me some input.
    Thank you in advance
By the way, I really enjoyed watching your videos. I appreciate your hard work

Thanks so much, Sophia! 😃😃 Great answer! Where are you from?
      * "worldly" is not the right word here. You should say "internationally recognized universities".
      * co-op
      * many cultures (multicultural is an adjective)
      * Your intellectual horizons would be enhanced and your mind would be stretched.

Courtney I would suggest applying to Canada for your further study. How about looking for an educational consultancy for applying in Canada because there are plenty of good universities and colleges. You have a high probability of getting scholarships. The educational system is rated as one of the highest in the world which is job oriented, you will become more independent after completing your course. As I have experience in Canadian education, you could try it. While studying, you definitely should enjoy the beautiful landmarks and summer of this North American country. Finally, it's up to you to look after other options too. I hope we will meet soon in Canada.

Here's what I came up with
    United States
    High standards, Great country
    Learn English, Rich culture
    A lot of career prospects
Keith, I think you should go to the United States. It's a country that has most of the best colleges in the world. The United States is also a great country in general with a rich history. Besides getting your degree, you will get to improve your English skills and make American friends. After you graduate, you have a bigger chance of advancing your career than those who got their degree in your country.
One of my friends recently graduated with a Bachelors of Arts. He is now an interpreter that works for a famous agency. He makes a fortune every year and really enjoys his work. He says he does not regret his decision to get his degree in the United Stares. If it hadn't been for that decision, he would not have been hired by his current employer.

Hey John, I heard that you are looking forward to studying abroad and I would recommend the USA to you. I have lived in Florida earlier and have great things about the University of South Florida and Miami University. You can surely try for those for your post graduation. In addition to this, the weather in Florida, as we all know is warm throughout the year. The tropical weather is best enjoyed in the innumerable number of beaches like the Clearwater Beach, Siesta Beach, Daytona beach to mention a few. You can also go on long drives with your friends to Everglades National Park , NASA , Orlando Disneyland and Key West. The food in Florida has great variety with Mexican and South American restaurant available everywhere. You may also explore other parts of America like California , New York , Smokey Mountains when you have money from summer jobs. I wish you all the best and do keep me posted about your decision.

chase again nice tutorial with good tips. Diana i would suggest that you should pursue your higher studies from Germany as you are from mechanical background and Germany if the best place for a mechanical student and you get good exposure. however the fee is also very less and you get the best knowledge with the best practical skills. Even though, Germany is the best in automotive sector and world top most car manufacturing companies are also there as you are so much interested in automotive sector.

hey Jerry, i heard you were looking for a summer job. i would suggest you handing out your resume to some hotels in downtown, coz i have done that last summer for my coop. The hotels usually have many seasonal job offers that start from May to September since summer is the tourism season for Victoria. Or you could try some delivery jobs for the restaurant such as Pizza Hut, or some Sushi Bar. They have plenty of orders at summer nights, i bet you will earn a bunch of tips. Besides you only need to work from 5 to 9 pm everyday. You know, the weather is just cool at night in Victoria, you can totally avoid the hot sunshine during daytime. My boyfriend was doing the delivery job for a Japanese restaurant last year, even in winter he made about 100 bucks on weekend's night. If you would like some work experience more related to your major, Marketing, then try the sales position in Mayfair. I have a friend works at Coach, maybe she can make a referral for you!

Hi Lorrie, I heard you would like to study abroad. I suggest you going to Canada. As you know, I studied there for my bachelor degree. Canada has many famous universities however not difficult to enroll in, e.g. UBC, U of T, MaGill etc. When I was studying in U of T, the professors and the students there were very nice and friendly. After nearly 10 years, I still kept contact with many friends in U of T and the professors there too. U of T also have a outstanding academic credential in engineering. It is famous not only in Canada, but also in the top rank universities of the world. Another reason is the wonderful views in Canada. It has fantastic mountains, such as the Rocky mountains. I went to Banff and Jasper a couple of times both in summer and winter. Trust me, that's the most amazing scences you won't forget in your life. I know you like travelling, Canada won't let you down. I remembered it was in the Christmas break of 2015, my friends and I went to Banff. In the moring we drove to the Louis lake but stoped in a small valley on the way. It was just the sunrise time and the moist from the small river in the valley came up in air and the sunlight went through it. I took a picture by hand, didn't pay too much attention to it. Then post this pic in my Instagram, it turned out over 100 likes, a lot of people liked it. It was a simple shot simply because I think the view was good. In Canada, these views are everywhere. Anyway, I hope you will consider my suggestions and good luck for your study.

Hi Amir, thanks so much for your comment! You're right, it might not be the best answer, but it's a natural answer that a native speaker would give. Remember, on the test, your answers won't be perfect, but try to make them as natural as possible. I think if I gave this answer on the CELPIP, I would get a perfect score. But I'm not sure. That's just my opinion. Haha

I'm sure you'd ace the exam if you ever have to take one! It's weird that native English speakers from other countries have to take the Celpip exam when they want to get Canadian residency. I would find it so strange taking an English proficiency exam. Haha

    • @julianovo7237
      @julianovo7237 6 років тому +2

Have they? I didn't know that.
Nevertheless, if you think about it, it does make sense - being born in an English speaking country doesn't guarantee that you are able to speak the language. You mentioned it yourself that many people who have lived in Canada for 20 years and more, for instance, don't speak English. I bet, many of their children don't speak it either. On the other hand, I assume, for native speakers who do speak well, the Celpip exam must be a piece of cake. Therefore, you are the one who'd ace the exam, undoubtedly.

    • @MadEnglishTV

You're right! Just because someone is coming from Australia or England doesn't mean they speak a word of English. It would be really weird for me to take an English exam. I don't think I would do very well. 😅

My answer would be like this:
Hey Ibis, considering that your Russian is so good, I think you may want to go to Russia or one of the former USSR countries for your studies. I also know for a fact that you hate our tropical climate,so I guess you could try attending to a Winter course in one of those destinations. The only problem is the long distance you would have to travel every time you want to come back to Cuba to visit your parents. But if you are willing to learn some English,I will be more than happy to receive you here in Toronto. You could be even interested in some programs offered here in my college. You should check the web site online, I'm sure you'll find more than one option that will suit your academic needs.Wouldn't that be awesome: going together once again to the same school after 10 years! You will be only 3,5 hours away from home and I promise you: the Canadian weather won't let you down.

Secondly, is the weather, you can experience 4 seasons, the summer, spring fall and the winter. You know what the winter there is not that cold and everyone can tolerate it. The other great thing is the people that you can meet with there. They have different personalities though most of them are very respectful and helpful. Priya, I would suggest studying in Canada. I have recently been there and I would say people over there are not only very warm but also friendly another great thing about the place is the weather which is amazing. The country enjoys all four seasons winter, summers autumn, spring at different times of the year though most of the time it is cloudy and winters are a tad bit harsh but otherwise it's fine and last but not least the safety quotient of the country is phenomenal as it has least amount of crime rate than any other country at present. Encapsulating all of the above in my opinion Canada is just perfect for you to study for a bright future.

Hi John, I would suggest going to Canada for further studies because of the numerous benefits and opportunities that come from studying in Canada as an international student. In the first place, you will have almost unlimited funding opportunities as long as you are able to maintain an average academic performance. One of my very good friends recently completing an M.Sc in Data Science at the University of Toronto, and he's completely being funded by the Canadian Government Scholarship. Apart from scholarships, there are several academic awards, grants and student jobs that you could do while studying. Another reason, I, why you should consider studying in Canada, is the possibility of getting permanent residency as well as Canadian Citizenship after graduating. Most importantly, you get free medical and dental coverage while studying. I think there are just too many benefits of studying in Canada, and I am sure it will certainly be one of the best decision you will ever make.

    @user-cb5fh9yy7g 6 років тому +2

Good jod, Mark. Most of your students are young people.
I imagined, that I one of them😂😉. My advice for my friend:
Knowing your plural capabilities and good level of the English I would suggest shoosing the Hungarian medical university. Where 40% foreign students: Americans, Canadians, Swidans, from Israel, Germany etc. Needed language level is 6.0-6.5, education much more cheaper than in USA or Canada.
For ex-soviet people to enter to the medical university of the USA or Canada practically impossible. For that you must finish the school there or it's possible via a nurse's college and very expensive. While you will graduate and will take a good level medical skills you will get age of 40. So I think, optimal variant is the Hungarian medical university. After that you can rise gratification in other countries. Yes, to became doctor is hard work. My friend said me, she saw, the students in med university in Germany had had a green color of face 😨.

I strongly recommend you to select Ireland for your studies,as you know Ireland is the only native English speaking country in Europe as of now,and the degrees are globally recognized. The college environment there is really nice and foremost, you have the opportunity to sharpen your skill as most of the colleges let you work as a part time so that students can make pocket money for themselves.please let me know about your decision and best of luck for your future endeavor.

Hi Mark, I heard that you are going to study abroad and I would like to give you my advice regarding this. I would suggest going to Japan. I spent 3 years in Japan studying my PhD
First of all, Japan's people are very helpful, specially for foreigners. Even if you don't know the Japanese language, they understand some English, just speak slowly to them. Most of Japanese universities, they assign someone for you to guide you in all things during the first 6 months.
In addition, in Japan, you will have an amazing chance to try all Japanese foods. You can try a variety of a very delicious sea food such as Sushi, Sashimi and Udon. Their food are delicious and healthy as well.
Finally, you will learn a lot while you are studying in Japan. They are really hard worker, very clean and well organized people.
I believe that you will really enjoy during the the entire study period. You will even think that the time is going very fast there

Tom, I know that you are interested in studying abroad. I don't know whether you've decided which country or not. I've got a suggestion for you, which is Canada. Here are some of my reasons. The first consideration is the cost. The tuition and the living cost in Canada is much lower than other countries, such as United States. You may spend 30,000 US dollars per year in United States but you probably will only spend 20,000 Canadian dollars in Canada. In terms of the long term plan. If you plan to study abroad, you might have some plan after you graduate. As I known, the opportunity to stay in Canada after you finish your program is way higher than other countries. Not to mention that if you plan to immigrate to there. This country is your best option. This is my suggestion and I really hope that this will help you.

Mark, I am afraid the example you have given in this video goes off the theme a little bit. I think the topic really means how to find a summer job instead of what kinds of summer jobs he could find. Am I wrong?

    • @MadEnglishTV
      @MadEnglishTV  6 років тому

Hi! 😃That's a great question. You're right. Actually, I was going to put these reasons:
      Look in a newspaper
      Look on the internet
      Go to companies in person
That would be a better answer, but I realized that the 30 seconds is mostly spent reading the question and trying to understand it. So a person will probably not be able to create a neat outline like that. They just need to start talking about the first thing that comes to mind. So I decided to talk about kinds of summer jobs rather than avenues to find those jobs. Both topics are very similar and I don't think I would lose marks if I answered it this way. But I'm not sure. 😅

Hello Joana, I know you are planning to study abroad which is an amazing consideration. i would like to advise that you go to Australia as it is an amazing country. first of all, weather in Australia is sunny and warm, as you do not like cold places this might be an option to consider. secondly, people in Australia are very friendly. i went to Australia as an exchange student and i loved it there the education standards are very high and neighborhood is very friendly. moreover, Australia is filled with adventure. it has so much stuff to do example you can learn scuba diving, meet the kangaroos and much more. if you need any help settling down over there, i have many friends who will be happy to help you. also, the job opportunities are very high, so if you need to do a part-time job you should be able to find something to support yourself. to conclude, Australia is a very nice country with so much to offer. i hope you like my advise and consider it.

Hi, i have a question regarding the summer job answer of you. So the exam question is for you to suggest "ways" of finding jobs instead of "what" jobs he could find, right? Therefore, the answer should be focusing on the means of finding a job, like you said earlier in the video, look online or something, instead of the categories of jobs he should look for. Just a thought...

He yashpal.. how are you.. I called ramandeep yesterday, then she told me that you are planning to go abroad.. I would like to advise you that you should go to Canada.. it is a beautiful country and the big thing is that it is a multicultural country.. there have more university and colleges.. if you complete your study from famous university, then you can get good jobs.. Moreover, you do not need to worry about your fees because you can do part time work as well as study..
Canada is a tourist place.. every year thousand of people come here to see the beautiful place like Niagara fall,. Whistler and Vancouver.. Furthermore, we can see a Canada flyover and aquarium in Vancouver.. I can forget to tell you an important thing is that the employment agency means it is an organization which match employer to employees. they help to student who are looking their jobs in their field..
another interesting aspect is that you can improve their English communication skill which you cannot improve it in your native country.. we will have to think in English there so it is a useful thing for you..
last but not least is that after complete study and after has two years worked in Canada you will be eligible to apply for permanent residency .. i want to say you all the best for your future

    Hi,
Thank you for a great videos!
I have a question regarding the Homework question.
May I have a few options for an answer?
    For example:
"If you want to study Spanish - go to Spain.
If you want to study computers - go to MIT in USA.
If you want to have a fun - go to Australia"
So I could speak about each option for 30 seconds..
Or it's better to choose the only one option and stick to it?
    Thank you!

      Hi Jane,
I heard that you're considering to study abroad. In my own experienced I would suggest you to study here in Canada especially in the University of British Columbia. The tuition fee is cheaper compared to other school and its not really difficult to enroll in this University. They also offer a good accommodation with good amenities and ambiance so that the student can study well.
In terms of school facilities they are fully equip to cater all students needs like a gigantic library, a high tech laboratory, and etc.
You know what is good in Canada is you can get part time job time while you are studying, you can study at daytime and can do some part time job in night time which ever you are prefer to.
Furthermore, the food is not that expensive and people are friendly.@@MadEnglishTV

Hey Shahid, I would definitely recommend Canada if you're considering studying abroad. I have been to Canada once and I must say it is one beautiful country. There are plenty of colleges or universities you can choose from, I have a friend who is in Vancouver's British Columbia university and I have been informed that the education standard over there is really great especially for the IT-related programs that you are going to be pursuing.
Hey Mark, I really appreciate you making these videos. Please advise me how I did and let me know if any mistakes. Thank you :)

      Great job! 😃
The only mistake is that this sentence is a run-on sentence:
"There are plenty of colleges or universities you can choose from, I have a friend who is in Vancouver's British Columbia university and I have been informed that the education standard over there is really great especially for the IT-related programs that you are going to be pursuing."

Thank you so much for the Feedback.
I am preparing myself for both CELPIP and IELTS and I can not really make up my mind. For IELTS, I am confident with all the modules other than writing, the reason being that I have really bad handwriting and I am worried that it might affect my score. On the other hand with CELPIP, I would not face the handwriting problem as it computer-based test but talking to a computer feels kind of awkward and I feel that my speaking would not be good enough.

I hope you can make the right choice! I think I would prefer the CELPIP, but everyone is different.

Hi mark, I’m about to take my second CELPIP test I have few questions like for example, what happens if In this part of the exam you just say 2 tips
And the time ends?. I have a lot of doubts is there any way to have contact you for these type of details?.

    • @MadEnglishTV
      @MadEnglishTV  6 років тому

Hi Douglas, I think two tips is okay as long as you're not repeating yourself. If you can give a short conclusion, that would be good. "So, that's how I would advise you to find a summer job."
What other questions do you have?

    • @douglasrivero9403
      @douglasrivero9403 6 років тому

Hi mark, thanks for answering I'm sorry for the late response, I was a little busy.
ok so, my doubts related to the CELPIP are mostly related because I am pursuing high grade like 9+. which give me a little more stress.
1)if the time ends and you still talking? will be good enough to have 9+?
      2) the question that is the "practice" (the first one when you present the CELPIP) does it has any value?
      3) I just have to say THANK YOU for your videos. they are very helpful to understand a little bit more about the CELPIP.

Hi, your videos are great but i have a Question all your videos are based on what happens in Canada and for people who have never seen the west, Are we allowed to use an example that happened in our country or something different that happens around the world outside Canada?.
