well to open wheel arch angel you need to do some san fireo missions then cj and cesar will go to a dealership then cj and cesar steal two cats then they come back to the garage there's more missions that i forget so ya that's the only mission i remember
It's sad that the ZR350 can't be tuned at Wheel Arch Angels,that car is a pretty cool car tbh but it could be better if you can tune it at Wheel Arch Angels
