Ok lng po yan sa passport. Need nyo lng po ng marriage certificate to provide proof na married kayo. Lagay nyo n lng po sa letter of explanation kung bakit single nakalagay sa psport nyo. May part po sa application na pwede kayo mag attach ng letter of explanation. Dito naman po sa Canada hndi po required na magpalit ng last name pag nag asawa. Also, pg di nyo dineclare na may asawa kayo, hndi nyo po sila ksma sa application at baka hndi nyo po sila makuha in the future if ever.
