You can Google Brock's no chew stew and find recipes. I found the one with cheese like on this video. It's made with cream cheese. Other recipes with no cheese are just made with a basic milk and flour roux. Fairly simplistic soups and easy recipes.

I think the same way.
If they eat more food then they have to bite more into the punishment food.
Still, they get to taste the punishment, so there's no point trying to eat less.
Once they have eaten a single dish, they should continue eating until the last dish, because even if you tried to avoid every food but ate one, in the end you still get to taste the punishment (even if the amount is a lot, or a little you still get to taste it😅)

Honestly if you're gonna eat one food, you mind as well eat the other ones after that.
