I suggest that you ask Google to add UA-cam can use visual recognition technology to automatically create captions for his videos.

There is also typically a link to the transcript in the video description. It is very helpful! Especially if you get to the level where you practice voicing these videos and refer to his script to compare your work. :)

Daily Moth is on social media as “random people” and does not need to interpret or captions because it is his media. So I do not know much about NAD/ADA will tell Alex must caption or not. Honestly, Daily Moth on social media is a big difference. Not like TV news media. Social media and TV media are different
