For the coating to "stick" better to the meat , you can beat up an egg or two, in a bowl, with a little splash of water in it , dip your meat in it , then "dreadge" (coat) it in your flour and fry it up in bacon grease 👍😊

I suggest soaking in bone broth overnight. Then use fresh broth to help the chicken ‘flour’ cling to it better. Also serve with lots of bacon and even cook it in the bacon grease. To me it’s the texture of liver that does me in. It’s mushy like it’s what we call abc(already been chewed). I could only stand it if I ate it with lots of onions & bacon. You could try cutting it up into tiny pieces and stir frying it with some bacon. Or as someone else suggested to turn it into pâté. You could then eat it with the carnivore crisps of your choice. If you still want to add organ meat without dealing with actually eating it, it’s also available in freeze dried capsule form. You guys are doing great and I find you both very inspiring! Cheers from FL😺

Yup, my taste buds have changed in a very short period of time. I started with Keto for 3 months, and then the veggies were beginning to be unpleasant. Organic Romaine was tasting like chemicals and caused gas and bloating. Now, I eat meat, fish, chicken, and eggs. No complaints. It saves on me, throwing out decomposing produce.

I just googled how to take the gaminess out of wild meat and there were all sorts of meats listed, even lamb. It said milk of course, buttermilk, lemmon juice, vinegar, and saltwater. It's the blood that makes the meat taste strong. I've always soaked chicken in milk or buttermilk before frying but that's because it makes it so tender and moist.

Still struggling to eat liver myself but my husband LOVES it. I make it for him about once a week. I like to cook thin liver slices from frozen to get some nice caramelization on the outside before pulling the liver off when the inside reads no more 125 F. My husband says the texture is best if it's still a little pink in the middle! I take a bite every so often and its not as bad as it was but it isn't good yet either...lol! The BEST liver I ever found was actual calves liver at Wegman's. The uncooked color was, for real, pale pink. My husband swooned and gushed it was SO good! Great video!

I cannot even stand to smell liver. Gag a maggot! I shudder just thinking about it. When I was a little girl my grandma always tried to trick me and tell me it was steak so I'd eat it.
