I do wish there was another way to purchase aside from using “PayPal” I tried to buy from both loop and the nealsgadgets, and both only gave me a PayPal checkout option. If PayPal hadn’t frozen 4k and held it hostage 6 months, I’d probably still have a PayPal. If you know of any other place that sells the SKO1, I’d appreciate any info.
I would definitely get this light without all the toys and 200 less …. Maybe In the future, flash technology is going fast. For collectors with money get it ! For the flashaholics dudes out there who just want a good tool with extras at a reasonable price every once in awhile (wife rule) …. This is not it. This is an expensive half prototypes toy. Bought the acebeam terminator m1 at a steep price (amazing tool) less than 6 months later a smaller cheaper functional up to date firmware ACEBEAM TERMINATOR M2 (not LEP ) was calling me. Can’t keep up.

I will stick with my $480 dollar flash light. Manker MK38 over 40 thousand lumens and dual fans. This fidget light is cool but not worth their price.

Can the ring be removed and what does it look like with it off? Nobody says if you can in any videos
Just a big flat head screw keeping it on, you'd have to be careful not to scratch the ring, though, when unscrewing.
