Big driver & champion Tazio Nuvolari.... a legend
How have you got footage thats such good quality? Normally 30's footage is all sped up and crackly. This actually gives you an idea of speed and handling. Great find!
La risposta è ISTITUTO LUCE, Orgoglio d'Italia e prezioso per la storia, ci ha lasciato documenti di altissima qualità, non solo di storia ma di tutti gli eventi più importanti non solo dell' Italia ma nel mondo.
The great Tazio in action! With sound! Glorious!
ISTITUTO LUCE , grandissimo filmato, questi uomini erano davvero dei miti, tutti i piloti di quegli anni erano super uomini, portare quei bolidi di allora davvero un impresa ardua, dura faticosa, spesso piaghe dolenti affliggevano i piloti con quelle tremende vibrazioni, i rischi erano davvero altissimi, pionieri, Grande Tazio Nuvolari. Orgoglio del Tricolore, EVVIVA L'ITALIA R.I.P. Mito, leggenda vissuta in terra, grazie. 💐 ❤ ⚡🇮🇹 🙏🏻 🏁 🥇
Wow - that is footage I never thought I would see! Fantastic, thank you 👍
Magnifico filmato, che tempi !
most realistic footage I'd ever seen
The legendary origin of international Motorsport including F1.
Oh wow.
UNBELIEVEBLE !!!!
THIS IS HOW F1 WAS BORN !!!!
Another good footage.
Greetings from Hungary :)
They look so slow. I love how they have to lean their heads into the turn.
They definitely werent slow on the straights!
500+ hp in a car with bicycle tires and mechanical brakes, insane.
It appears to be track with slow turns. They were fast enough.
Perhaps it depends on camera's lens lenght.
The track is a very twisty and narrow street circuit. The main straight, which is the only real straight of the course, is only 720 meters!
these cars could hit 300+ kph with no particular issues on the straights. the Auto Union Type C you can see in the video was also reconfigured as a land speed record car, we're talking about 430 kph
400kmh in 1936 is nuts !
Just wow.
fantastic.....
