Thanks for uploading I was curious if the sound would be okay doing this. I gotta get a micro hdmi to hdmi now. I love the retro handheld being played on a retro tv lol.
@@realunderdawg pretty much yeah, I use a dualshock 4 controller, the video signal has to be converted from digital to analog so theres a bit of processing latency but games are still enjoyable for sure
This trinitron has S-video and rca hookups. I use a converter that takes hdmi input and makes it 480i, however the service menu will need to be used to stretch the horizontal width to proper scale (using a retroid pocket 2, 2+ or 2S)

so cool. makes me want to pick up a CRT for couch gaming on my retroid pocket 3, I love the device but I think I'd use it a lot more like this
I was hesitant to get a 3 or 3+ so I emailed retroid in July and now own a 2S
Can’t wait to get my rp2s so I can do this exact same thing!
Same it is the best of both worlds 🤟🔥
wow this looks way better than I saw it running on the 2+, glad I did a lot of research and amd getting one of these
this is awesome. is there an adapter from hdmi to standard 3 colored cables?
Yes search amazon for hdmi to rca (with s video if your CRT has it)
I just wanna ask does it replace the original experience of the console?

Ps: If you use the retroid on a new hdmi tv it will not have lag, just crt needs the converter
So this particular Trinitron has HDMI in?
