I'm not sure you guys will ever read this or understand how much this means to me, but I'm going to lay it out here anyway: About 3 or 4 months ago, I started watching Sheppard videos on UA-cam just because they popped up. And I really enjoyed them, so every time you guys popped up, I would watch. Then I started listening to you frequently because you're so freaking good. I probably watched you more than any other video in the last 3 or 4 months. Could not get the songs out of my head. Geronimo and Coming Home were in my head non-stop. You guys quickly became my favorite band. And I knew you were from Australia, so I never thought you would be here. Then one day, I was watching the news and I was like, hey, it's that band I like being interviewed by Cody what's-his-name from Channel 8 here in Indianapolis. That's awesome. I wonder when they're going to be here. I find out that you're going to be at Hi Fi, and I was like, awesome! I had just picked up a job sampling Jagermeister at Hi Fi. I wonder what night? Oh, you're going to be there the exact night that I picked up the job on Sept. 13th? So this amazing band was suddenly going to be playing at the exact same spot that I had picked up a random sampling job...and I thought there was no way that was a coincidence. I mean, I had intended to not do anymore of those sampling jobs, and they asked be to do another one, so I picked this random date and time at Hi Fi...and then my favorite band happens to be there. Absolutely no way that's a coincidence. I've never seen a live band like you. It was absolutely amazing. I hope you guys are enjoying your new lives in Nashville and will come back to Indianapolis very soon. You are literally the band that has lit up my life recently. Sounds cheesy, but it's absolutely true.
