My poor dad said "I'm poor because I have you kids" my rich dad said "I must be rich because I have you kids". That stuck with me ever since the first time I came across his book because I'm a father. Being a poor dad is not an option for me. Thanks Evan, I definitely appreciate this one.
+Marius Snyders yup. His lesson on focus pretty much sums up the book I read called "The ONE thing". I'm a student majoring in accounting and I used to read a lot of books on real estate, stock market, commodities. Now I'm just focused on getting my degree. Will I be rich as a CPA? maybe. But the main reason I'm majoring in accounting is to be able to manage my own money. not rely on someone else or hire someone to do it for me.
+Marius Snyders Yes!! We just realized this in the last few months. The book Essentialism talks about this and how to do it. But in my opinion, this takes a lot of self-discipline when you aren't used to doing it.
First real book I ever read. Seriously, I was not a very good student when it came to reading. Read this book at 19 and it changed my life. I was able to "retire" at 27 starting the path Kiyosaki helped setup. Not really a step-by-step type of book, but more of the mindset it helped shift my way of thinking. Burned through his whole series and it changed my outlook at money and opportunities. My dad was the typical "poor dad" but had great intentions, he just didn't know any better. We were a poor and my family were refugees. Long story short, I built a portfolio of properties, learned how to sell and lead teams. Got lucky a few times, not absent of several setbacks, and was eventually able to leave the rat race. I owe a lot to Robert Kiyosaki. If you liked RDPD, I'd strongly suggest Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris.
Come on, now... enough with the memes. No where did he claim that RDPD is a real estate strategy. Read "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Keller if you're looking for a more explicit strategy. Either way, you'll see the values portrayed in both books are the same, one just holds your hand more.
I always think about buying the stock first, versus buying the item. Why should I spend $500 on a Coach purse, instead of buying $500 worth of Coach stock. It's all in changing your mindset.
That’s what I’ve started doing, I’m fairly young but have started getting involved in shares, now (funny enough) birthday and Christmas money is going to shares aha
problem is, if everyone does the same then no one will buy coach products and your coach shares will be worthless. very simplistic analysis by Mr K. truth is, the minority need the majority to remain financial ignorant
@@georgiaa213 Exactly. The point is that any dollar (or other currency) "released" is just basically lowering the power of the people and increasing prices. As long as people keep buying, spending (and they need to do that), companies will increase profit. If you own the company (or part of it) you have an asset and your value will increase. If you own money you have nothing. Money is no asset. But you are slightly wrong on one point. Stocks are not infinite, thus if everyone want to jump in someone would necessarily be cut out, then good luck. Is actually crazy to think that anyone could buy any stock at any time, even the entire index itself through ETFs. If one day volatility will be reduced to the minimum terms, the only way to get out of poverty would be to have a great business idea. Capital is power, capital increase value over time, cash doesn't, and this is the only reason why the gap between poors and rich is increasing.
I absolutely love Robert Kiyosaki. I've read almost all of the Rich Dad books. "Rich Dad Poor Dad" is one of my all-time favorite books. I've always wanted to invest in real estate, then a realized one of the lessons that his Rich Dad taught him, namely, that in order to be a good entrepreneur, you must know how to sell. So, since I wanted to invest in real estate, I decided to get my real estate license and learn how to sell real estate. Now, I'm starting my real estate career/business part-time with a phenomenal company (Keller Williams Realty), which will enable me to form a bonafide business around real estate. Reading the Rich Dad books have helped me shift my paradigm from an employee to an entrepreneur and investor. Great video!
+BluesHarp Jammin (Dutchmeister) I'am 18 years old and want to get into investing in real estate as well( I was also was inspired to do this by Robert Kiyosaki). Do you mind giving me some advice? I'am a young person so I want to make sure the things that I'm doing are going to benefit my goal of becoming a successful real-estate investor. Thanks anyways.
+Daniel Mondragon Well, I'm still learning it myself. I would subscribe to Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad website. A good place to start is to buy his CASHFLOW 101 board game and play it constantly. It teaches you the fundamentals of real estate and business investing. Next, find a mentor/coach who is a successful investor. The Rich Dad Company has a coaching program, so you should look into it? Good luck!
Thank you. I know my WHY! I know what I want AND I'm on a threshold. It is time for the right level of change in MY life. I am working hard to reach my dreams. In the beginning of this year, I set 12 goals. Interesting enough I already reached a couple of them that I thought would be the hardest to attain. REACHED: 1. Appeared on TV in a Real Estate feature. 2. Finished my book and schedule a publishing date. 3. Learned to do 3 new things with my kids that they like to do (ride a hoverboard, ride a rip stick, learn their trendy dances) 4. Scheduled a public speaking engagement in front of 200 people (spoke before 500). 5. Start a new business. (In process. Will launch soon). 6. Read 12 books. WAITING: 7. Schedule a public speaking engagement in front of 500+ people. 8. Schedule a public speaking engagement in front of 1,000+ people. 9. Get 6 home listings over $1,000,000 each (already have 1). 10. Help my 2 older sons start their own businesses. 11. Learn conversational Greek. 12. Finally purchase a motorcycle to take my father on rides again. I already reached the toughest one. I appeared on a Real Estate related TV special. It was nationally televised. Each goal I reach is replaced by a bigger goal. Here is my appearance on NBC Open House TV ... ua-cam.com/video/VPaukfDHaVw/v-deo.html Like I said, I replaced each reached goal with a tougher one. I ask that as you read the next six goals, you read the reached goal first and then the new goalI replaced the first 6 goals with the following: 1. Appear on THREE TV Specials where I speak directly. 2. Write 7 children's books (a series). 3. Learn 6 new things with my kids. 4. Shake hands with 6 nationally recognized multi-millionaires. 5. Start a Christian Church that stays true to Jesus Christ's greatest commandment. 6. Read a book a week! BONUS*** Buy Mom and Dad a better home. I know my why. I am George L. Rosario. Remember me. I'm the one. George L. Rosario NYC's Hometown Realtor www.GeorgeRosario.com snip.ly/k2zf7 #glrosario #RosarioShalomayevTeam #NYC
2. The more you give, the more you receive. He then says: "When I meet someone who hasn't got any money..." you are expecting him to say: "...I always give him some money." But, no. He says instead: "...it just means he's not giving something." LOL. Now that's what I call generosity.
Robert is a genius, and he is what inspired me to start investing at the age of 18. Although he may have some experts lean against him, I believe he is the investor of the future. He is ahead of the "save money and then spend" type of investor. He knows how to use societies weakness in making money, as an advantage to get ahead. It's a shame some people call him a gimmick salesman, because his methods really do work, and his team writes great books.
+locopatre currently I have the majority of my savings in blue chips that I've researched. I started my portfolio with slow grow dividend paying blue chips. Eventually I will speculate with value stocks. Also I am learning about real estate, I want to be a landlord before I am graduated from college.
+bryce e so you are a trader? how is that working out for you? You're in college, do u want to be an employee in the future? doesnt this slow down the proces of u following your dreams? (unless you need college to reach your goals) i hope u will reach your goals!
I am not a trader, Im an investor. I believe in holding the companies and collecting dividends while they appreciate. I also am going into the financial world, and studying business management, so in the future I plan to own my own Corporation, that involves real estate some how. I don't plan on being an employee for too long.
Rich Dad, Poor Dad on audiobook was the first book I "read" on finances and really anything in a decade. It's the book I needed, because in it wasn't just financial education, it was EDUCATION education. Meaning, he breaks down the societal norms in both money and in education. He breaks down how education has let you down, how your teachers were wrong, how your middle class dad was wrong when he told you (me) to get in a trade school. He unlocked what I needed to hear: they were wrong. I knew it deep in my spirit, but I was never really taught that they were wrong. And this book did that. It made learning fun again.
Rich Dad Poor Dad is one of my favorite books. I used to play his game all the time "Cash Flow". I love every rule but the one that stands out to me the most is #2 The more you give the more you recieve. One of my goals is to become one of the biggest givers the world has seen, and not for the sole purpose of receiving but to leave the world a little bit better because I was here. #BTA2 #teammotivation #Believe
I learnt importance of investing and chose to become an Entrepreneur after reading Robert's books - Rich dad poor dad, Rich dad's cash flow quadrant and Rich dad's guide to investing. Thanx Evan for doing video on Robert Kiyosaki. #BTA2

I was doing such a silly mistake before now by trading Forex/Binary Option and stocks without making inquires from great dealers and Brokers who always forecast the market trends before investing my money into it, Mr Frank Robert is a sincere and GOD fearing Broker/Account Manager who always forecast the market trends for me adding to his strategy and software that makes me a winner all the time with sweet rewards of 100% of my traded capital, Frank you will continue to go higher in all you do in life sir.
Thank you very much Robert for transforming my life from Fear to Freedom and for providing the tools to my family to get their best version every single day. For the past twenty years I have been your student and you taught me many lessons that allow me to be financially free. Thank you for your support on our continues travels to Latinamerica where the people love you because their build a much better future because of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Good bless you, Kim and to all the employees at Rich Dad Company. See you soon big brother.
While I LOVE Robert, he has a lot of amazing ideas, and he actually inspired me to study business, it is important to remember the context in which he became wealthy: an incredible boom in Hawaiian real estate... which he then parlayed into a successful publishing career. A lot of his ideas about using debt fall on their face in bad economic conditions and there are a lot of people who simply don't have the resources to come back from that kind of fall.
I like the focus rule. I've been subject to the "shiny object" syndrome and when I heard from one of your videos Gary V. Talking about chasing several rabbits, you won't catch one, I removed distractions and started focusing in only one business. Thank you for the value Evan. 🤗
Robert is my Rich Dad... He wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad about me. I feel, see, and getting involved in Rich Dad books feeling all about me. Thanks Robert, my Rich Dad....
All these videos you make are both awesome & refreshingly inspirational! As long as your loving making these videos, than keep up the good work Evan :)
Number 8. Don't be afraid of losses. The idea totally shifted my thinking today after thinking about all my losses and feeling like a victim. Now I know that the opposite is true. With those losses, I also got rid of a big problem.
I have all u books. U are really my inspiration.when i get a person who read a book i always tell them to read u book. The good thing is u use simple english & like me from afri & asi can understand it. Please everyone need to read u book. Thanks for ur gift.
Hey Evan.I have 5 magic questions for You inspired by Tim Ferris. 1. What advice would you give the 30-year-old guy who want to be successful? 2. What is the best advice you would give? 3. What advice should that person ignore? 4. What is the worst advice you often hear in people who would like to become successful? 5. What is the conventional wisdom taht you dosagree with?
Thank you for reaching out, Jakub. Evan is doing the premieres on UA-cam every night at 8pm EST so that would be best way to reach out to him directly. Much love! #BelieveNation #BTA1054 Luka
I'm 18 years old in college and I am reading rich dad, poor dad because a friend referred it to me. I am majoring in fashion merchandising. I love fashion but I also want to make a lot of money because I do not want to work all my life. I want to have control on how I decide to spend my time. I am reading this book to learn how money works.
I have 3 questions: 1. What is the smartest option when investing? Where and when should I invest, and when should I stop? 2. Where do I save my money? If I save it in the bank, Ill find myself paying taxes, right? So what is the best option? 3.I've seen some of Robert's videos and he says how it is better to invest from debt, so if i get for example 45000 dollars and I want to invest in buying a house and then renting it for (for example) 200 dollars a month, I'd have to wait more than 20 years to start getting money from it. I don't understand that very much. please help!
apparently you are supposed to keep buying properties until they make enough that you can live off of. the problem i have is i am too scared of taking on that much debt when I have a family to support.
Lina S It's more like, the nature of money is that it will lose value every year due to inflation. So if you had $10 and you knew that you were going to lose $1, you would need to earn $1 so that your $10 stays $10. Just remember that oil, gold, stocks can also lose value, you just need something that stays more stable or earns enough to beat the loses caused by inflation. Thats why you should never keep lots of money in a bank account. You can invest in metals, stock, and oil on the stock exchange. Just sign up for an account with etrade, robinhood, or any other company
eyeopener for me was when he said how they teach you in school that making mistakes is bad... which makes people afraid of losing and failure, which is really the only way to grow.
This is a good summary of Kiyosaki's principle. It is easy to understand and relate to it. But I want also to hear the advise with regards to DONT'S of success like from Mike Tyson or peope who got rich and successful but ended up declaring bankruptcy. All about how to handle being successful and maintaining it if not making it grow.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will pass it on to #BelieveTeam although we can only profile if there are videos/clips available. Thanks for watching. #BTA248 Shine
#BTA 8 My dad gave me his book when i was 15, it was the first book or business book i have ever read during that time. And now i m 22 years old, and this book has totally change the way i manage my money. I have been transforming from a student who were almost kicked out by the school because of bad record( Drinking, fighting and so on) to read a book a day to inspire and believe in myself.
Awesome to know that Tan. Glad the book had helped you change the way you manage your money, thanks for sharing. :) Always #Believe in yourself. Thank you for watching! #BTA168 Shine
You explained this really well! 😄 Thanks for the great points about who to listen to in order to receive what they have! I'll remember this for next time!
I saw the presentation in New Zealand really like it and the staff were so helpful thank you so much for all your kindness. Thanks Robert you have very special people next to youxo
Question for Robert's #7 point: I thought tax rate is the same regardless of what type of income it is (earned, portfolio, and passive income). Or is Robert saying that we offset taxes for portfolio and passive income by incurring expenses (tax write-off) for that particular business, which would minimize our gain? Well if we do this, we would pay minimal taxes (or 0% taxes), but doesn't this also mean we're not making any money then?
One rule of speaking to a leader like Robert is to always agree. Yet, I don't quite agree with his religious invocations on rules one and two: Rule one he implies that those without money have none because they are not giving, perhaps not even of a generous heart. This is pure unfounded opinion, yet a nice point, isn't it? There are many generous souls without money. Also, it implies that those with money are giving. Like banks and those "rapacious" people Adam Smith mentions. They are not givers yet often do well. Now, rule two is pay yourself first. If Robert wants to play the "I respect religious dogma" card, then the firstfruits are not to himself, but to the church.
Im pretty sure when he says to give it doesnt mean to give to others. There are different ways to give, the way I understood it was that you should give more to your investments if you want to receive more
you understood it wrong. He literally means to give it away to those less fortunate. He and many other successful people donate hundreds of thousands each year
He's saying invest your money in something that's going to give you a higher rate of return than inflation will take othe wise your losing money(buying power). For example let's say you have a $100 and the annual rate of inflation is 8%, if you just let that $100 sit, that $100 dollars only has the purchasing power of $92 the next year. If however, you invested that same $100 and got a 20% annual return, you're in fact gaining 12% in terms of buying power..... I hope that makes sense.
I love Robert Kiyosaki, I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cashflow Quadrant, Rich Dad's Guide to Investing as well as his games Cashflow 101 & 202. The games are out of this world. Picking or refusing deals so you learn how to analyse investments using play money. Awsome
Wow, people residual income isn't tax free but you can claim it as petty cash on your business for expenses once your business makes a over 10 million.
If you're constantly having nearly equal losses and gains there are no substantial taxes. You can claim the losses against the taxes you have to pay. This guy's idea is that by never saving your money and always investing it -- then you can have millions in assets but no liquid "savings". I'm not sure I agree but taxes are way less when you don't actually have a lot of money in the bank. This guy might have millions in golf courses and other lucrative stuff and probably a lot of bad stuff and debt.
Its great to have Robert as a teacher alongside Napoleon Hill, so you can stop wondering how you going to acquire the money needed to hedge with. Mr. Hill teachers us to have A BURNING DESIRE for MONEY to MEET YOUR DEFINITE PURPOSE in LIFE, I strongly Recommend that everyone READS his book 'Think and Grow Rich".
+Alexander Agustine what a great time to buy oil ;) ...or not? Some can argue that you should not invest in it as it will be used less and less in cars, as there will be more electric ones. But i disagree. first of all, it will take time for people to get confortable with the ideea, second, it will take a lot of time to change the gasoline/diesel car with an electric one, as you can only build so much of them(elon musk estimated about 10 years), and third, some of the electricity will be made using, you guessed right: oil. You also use oil for other things than cars. So i believe that's a great time to invest in oil. As for now, the prices are dropped so some of the oil producers will get out of business. That should create a monopoly. If i had 10k $ laying around, i would invest 5-6 in oil, and wait to see if the prices will drop even more. Damn, who am i fooling? I would spend 5k to buy a Mazda mx-5 mk1, an rotary or V-tec engine, racing suspension, and make that car a track beast ^_^ . Yep, we are our worst enemies...
+wtfuredead that car is what Robert Kyosaki would call a liability. If you had put you money where your mouth was at that time, you could now buy that car from your gains. ;-)
I think it'll be sometime before Electric Cars make a big enough impact to affect gas powered vehicles. Also, Oil is used in many other things other than gasoline too, so I don't think it's going away any time soon either.
There is no "good debt" ... Robert Kiyosaki has great views, but borrowing money to flip homes is ludicrous.. I stand more towards Dave Ramsey.. "Debt is dumb, CASH is king" I've been debt free for some time and it's a wonderful life.. Save, and pay cash for purchases.. Save 15%-20% of your annual income once you become debt free, and it adds up QUICK!!!
Assets are a good debt and when it leads to paying 0% in taxes I'm all about "Passive" income. (Step 7) As Roberts mentions, about Warren Buffett, "it's a shame that his secretary pays less in taxes then he does" Sounds like your content with paying 15-20% in taxes and having the "wonderful life". But it can be even better.. I know all about the baby steps and Daves Total money makeover book. I think the best thing to do is understand BOTH sides of money management. Daves principal alone in itself is a "baby step" Using your money effectively AND efficiently paying as close to 0% in taxes (and "stupid tax") while gaining assets and generating passive income. Therefore, Debt, can be wise and you will pay taxes every time you use cash.
***** I was talking about saving 15-20% in retirement.. I am and have been for about 4 years, and I am starting to see the compound interest work.. I've been debt free for 5 years, and when your income is freed up to do with as you please, it truly is a great life!
And assets are not a good debt! look at all the people that has 'assests" before the recession in 2008! The only good debt is a paid for debt!!! It represents risk.. Live on a budget, get out of debt, and save for purchases! I have a buddy who saved $100,000 cash in 4 years, while making $60,000 a year, he paid cash for a foreclosure, did some remods, and now the value of the home is $250,000!!! And its paid for
He is focused on the mindset of abundance not on scarcity and as HeyPira said, it's not always about the money, we can give time and help others but of course it's easier to give more if we have it. #Believe #BTA364 Shine
He gave an example of that...a person wants to work less and make more money. You have to work harder so that you'll be able to make more money.Like a raise or promotion
"If you know what you are doing you can do it" Yeah, the thing is that 90% of the time you don't. That's why people who invest a lot go bankrupt all the time, those who don't are just lucky or know some particular insider information. Survivor bias
HEDGE im buying all the things i want in life now money will eventually hit zero then perhaps they may initiate a new stage of exchange through microchips
I remember reading one of RK's books where he listed a bunch of pointed questions for Financial Adviser. Not RDPD, it was either the second or third. Anything know what I am referring to?
I've invested money in real estate and lost my ass. I've bought houses to rent out and everyone I've rented it out to didn't pay the rent. I think this guy got rich by selling books on bullshit
Gone Ghost that's messed up. but in his book he says that one vital rule is to choose the right partners. You rent it out to the wrong people. but you have assets
Gone Ghost that's why you don't stop at just a couple of properties. You figure out where you screwed up and learn from it then move on... not blame RK.
It seems that you underestimated how much effort is required to find the right properties and renters and partners. Robert goes through 100 properties, 100 potential partners, and 100 potential renters before he chooses the best one. If not, he goes find another 100. If you go pick the first guy off the street, don't expect good result unless you get super lucky. Give more to Recieve more. Blaming others is the laziness.
Robert is the man, I've love this guy's teachings. He's able to explain complicated business building in simple terms that anyone can understand. The B/I Triangle sums it up.

REACHED:
1. Appeared on TV in a Real Estate feature.
2. Finished my book and schedule a publishing date.
3. Learned to do 3 new things with my kids that they like to do (ride a hoverboard, ride a rip stick, learn their trendy dances)
4. Scheduled a public speaking engagement in front of 200 people (spoke before 500).
5. Start a new business. (In process. Will launch soon).
6. Read 12 books.
WAITING:
Here is my appearance on NBC Open House TV ... ua-cam.com/video/VPaukfDHaVw/v-deo.html
Like I said, I replaced each reached goal with a tougher one. I ask that as you read the next six goals, you read the reached goal first and then the new goalI replaced the first 6 goals with the following:

2. The more you give, the more you receive. He then says: "When I meet someone who hasn't got any money..." you are expecting him to say: "...I always give him some money." But, no. He says instead: "...it just means he's not giving something." LOL. Now that's what I call generosity.
Thanks the comment and for watching john. :) #BTA436 Shine
wow!
been looking forward to watch Robert's top ten and am not disappointed at all. Thanks Evan.
+Bayonle Arashi Awesome. Thanks Bayonle #BTA45 Nina
Robert is a genius, and he is what inspired me to start investing at the age of 18. Although he may have some experts lean against him, I believe he is the investor of the future. He is ahead of the "save money and then spend" type of investor. He knows how to use societies weakness in making money, as an advantage to get ahead. It's a shame some people call him a gimmick salesman, because his methods really do work, and his team writes great books.
what investings have you done, if i may ask?
+locopatre currently I have the majority of my savings in blue chips that I've researched. I started my portfolio with slow grow dividend paying blue chips. Eventually I will speculate with value stocks. Also I am learning about real estate, I want to be a landlord before I am graduated from college.
+bryce e so you are a trader? how is that working out for you?
You're in college, do u want to be an employee in the future? doesnt this slow down the proces of u following your dreams? (unless you need college to reach your goals)
i hope u will reach your goals!
I am not a trader, Im an investor. I believe in holding the companies and collecting dividends while they appreciate. I also am going into the financial world, and studying business management, so in the future I plan to own my own Corporation, that involves real estate some how. I don't plan on being an employee for too long.
+bryce e How old are you and where are you from if I may ask?
Don't Save money. HEDGE your money. Thanks Evan
My favorite is #8 "Don't be afraid of losses" because losing doesn't equal failure, not learning the lessons from your losses does. #BTA1
+Carlos Rivas Awesome message! :) #BTA74 Ivan
wow! great Top 10 rules Evan!
Thank you for sharing with us. :) #Believe #BTA962 Luka

Thanks for sharing :) #BTA875 Luka

I have 3 questions:
+Nia Bakkali 3. Rent must cover your morgage and give some cash to your pocket. If morgage is $400.00 a moth, you rent for $600.00
apparently you are supposed to keep buying properties until they make enough that you can live off of. the problem i have is i am too scared of taking on that much debt when I have a family to support.
+Nia Bakkali ...I'm with you. Where does one start?
+Nia Bakkali I would say take an online course. A fast-tracked one. Start from there. Invest in education!
start with time,invest it wisely.
Wonderful teaching by Sir. Robert.T.Kiyosaki......

i dont understand how to hedge the money can someone plese give me a example??
If the dollar inflates by 2% each year, put your money where you can get at least 2% ROI every year
Lina S It's more like, the nature of money is that it will lose value every year due to inflation.
Chidubem Ezinne what do you mean by ROI?. could you tell me please?
karthick k: Return on Investment (ROI)
I read a small book of his back then. I need to reread it. Did he start with or later start with network marketing?
Don't save it, Hedge it!
eyeopener for me was when he said how they teach you in school that making mistakes is bad... which makes people afraid of losing and failure, which is really the only way to grow.

I want you to make Andrew Carnegie top 10 rules for success instead of Robert Kiyosaki's

+Emily Miki Woohoo.. #BTA111 Nina
that's a great idea ever.
Excellent! When the video started you kept getting closer...I thought you were going to pop out and sit in front of me...lol.

James Smith read the science of getting rich or listen to it on UA-cam
in regards to how noble and necessary the attainment of wealth is on an individual level
I notice that all of the big money people invoke this same principle. They give big. Dave Ramsey, Warren Buffet, The facebook guy....
Im pretty sure when he says to give it doesnt mean to give to others. There are different ways to give, the way I understood it was that you should give more to your investments if you want to receive more
you understood it wrong. He literally means to give it away to those less fortunate. He and many other successful people donate hundreds of thousands each year
Loved the idea of stop saving money and instead hedging it .... made sense .. Tysm
Thanks for watching #Believe :) #BTA1647 Veljko
What is the difference between save and hedge? Can't get the last point.
I hope that makes sense.
makes sense
what kind of investment gives 20% return? :D
Mat Mo real estate?

+Ivor Cash Awesome. Thanks. #BTA57 Nina
He doesn't really elaborate on passive income and how it is not taxed.. some way or another income is taxed
I guess because there is also a need to ask an expert on that. Thanks for watching David. :) #BTA338 Shine
David Craig he means that passive income is taxed at lower rates than ordinary income. 23% top bracket as opposed to 43%.
Wow, people residual income isn't tax free but you can claim it as petty cash on your business for expenses once your business makes a over 10 million.
There are ways to make money without paying taxes.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. #BTA997 Luka
well, oil is $28 now... so yeah
If you had put you money where your mouth was at that time, you could now buy that car from your gains. ;-)
Masculist101 what an idiot you are lmao. Clearly he was being facetious. How could you not read between the lines?
What a difference a year makes. Oil is about $65 and electric cars are well on their way to replacing gas/diesel cars.
I think it'll be sometime before Electric Cars make a big enough impact to affect gas powered vehicles. Also, Oil is used in many other things other than gasoline too, so I don't think it's going away any time soon either.
Thank You Robert Kiyosaki for this Summit.
Thank you for watching. #BelieveNation #BTA711 Luka
Thanks for the comment and for watching. #BTA174 Shine
Do you invest in real estate?
Assets are a good debt and when it leads to paying 0% in taxes I'm all about "Passive" income. (Step 7)
As Roberts mentions, about Warren Buffett, "it's a shame that his secretary pays less in taxes then he does"
Sounds like your content with paying 15-20% in taxes and having the "wonderful life". But it can be even better..
I know all about the baby steps and Daves Total money makeover book. I think the best thing to do is understand BOTH sides of money management. Daves principal alone in itself is a "baby step"
Using your money effectively AND efficiently paying as close to 0% in taxes (and "stupid tax") while gaining assets and generating passive income.
Therefore,
Debt, can be wise and you will pay taxes every time you use cash.
And its paid for
The short version of these 10 rules for success: "attitude, attitude, attitude"
+ObtainEudaimonia thanks for watching. #BTA66 Nina
So, umm. How are you supposed to "give more" when you have nothing to give to begin with?
OCDTraci he's not talking about money. just giving advice or helping someone
Inspirational. Simply principles to attaining wealth.
+Maria Hamilton Thank you. #BTA14 Nina
"If you know what you are doing you can do it"
Yeah, the thing is that 90% of the time you don't. That's why people who invest a lot go bankrupt all the time, those who don't are just lucky or know some particular insider information. Survivor bias
Yup. And there's a lot I want to do but don't have the money to make happen!
Pick one thing like a single mutual fund for example try it learn go from there I did it that way and not rich yet But much better off than before

Lol, you live and you learn. Start small not big.
You sound like one of these poor (dumb) dads!... With that attitude you will never get anywhere.
Focus was the point which changed my view of doing things
Thanks for sharing sagar and thanks for watching. #BTA173 Shine

Thanks for watching. I hope you learned something positive from the video. :) All the best! #BTA518 Shine
mandy nope, it's how smart people write.
I remember reading one of RK's books where he listed a bunch of pointed questions for Financial Adviser. Not RDPD, it was either the second or third. Anything know what I am referring to?
+Herman Sheynin Sorry bro I don't but thanks for watching :) #BTA114
I've invested money in real estate and lost my ass. I've bought houses to rent out and everyone I've rented it out to didn't pay the rent. I think this guy got rich by selling books on bullshit
Gone Ghost that's messed up. but in his book he says that one vital rule is to choose the right partners. You rent it out to the wrong people. but you have assets
Perfect example of an investor who blames other people cause of bad investment decisions. In essence, an incredibly poor dad.
Gone Ghost Lol
