So what is Riff in a minute? It's a weekly series of quick bass lessons where you are shown everything you need to teach yourself a quick bass riff. You can learn how to play a new bass line in just 1 minute. The Riff in a Minute Series will show you how to play a bass line from 3 simultaneous camera angles so you can get the technique down perfect and see the TAB and Notation too!!!!! Plus there's a backing track section too so you can practice playing it by yourself. Good luck and keep it funky bass squad!

I saw this video when I was starting to play bass, now, some months later, I can finally play this song!
Amazing Job

*clay wonders to himself* "do they mean me? Or Will smith?...... Probably Will Smith"
Yeah so good to hear some old school Will Smith songs right?! haha
@@ClaysBassLessons hahaha yeahh
This song is played half a tone higher.
Hey Eugene. In the Original version (Forget me nots by Patrice Rushen) it definitely is a semitine higher. But for the Men In Black theme song remix it was sampled and pitch shifted down a step. Great groove either way though eh!
Thanks for teaching this great song. For me it's just like for you a song from my high school years (time flies - phew 😏). Yet it is still so good.
Hey, that was a fun video, makes learning that base line must easier
Thanks Gallaxyquest. Such a great Jam that one. NIce to see you again on the comments here too :)

Can you play easier by 5 Seconds Of Summer
I just reinstalled new everything in my old SDGR. It had "that tone" so here I am~ Still a great groove in 2021. Thank you.
