My name is Shahab , I'm from Iran and I have been a general surgeon back in my original country. Now I’m a newcomer to Canada. I’m very eager to learn Canadian English, which has some nuances compared to American and British English. I recently discovered your amazing videos on UA-cam, and I’ve fallen in love with both you and your content! In my opinion, you embody the true essence of what I imagined a real Canadian to be.
Thank you for broadening my understanding of Canadian English with your sweet Canadian accent and pronunciation. Your lessons about the important issues that immigrants need to know are incredibly valuable. My family and I appreciate you a lot and will be your faithful followers forever. Your UA-cam videos are more pleasant, joyful, and beneficial than any TV shows we’ve watched.
Not only am I interested in your lessons, but so is my sister-in-law, who has been a dentist in Toronto for a couple of years. Although she speaks English very well (almost like a native speaker), she has also been captivated by your videos and is now watching them regularly.
I highly recommend your lessons to whom are planning to learn English and be fluent and natural in English language.

I'm sorry, but "Congratulations" isn't the right phrase when someone has a birthday. We usually say "Congratulations" to somebody if it was their achievement, and we want them to feel even happier by praising them for something that they've achieved.
In this case, you would say "Happy birthday, Bob! And I wish you many more!".
All the best, and I hope you have many birthdays.
