Just curious, did you watch any other Astro van build videos before getting into this? Are you on any of the social media forums for this vehicle? I as only because much of what was destroyed are valuable interior parts to those who need them - I've been able to give away and sell almost all the parts I removed when I did my build

For the hard bots try using a long pipe at the end of the ratchet or a bang the end of ratchet with rubber mallet or torch the nut.
Do you still have the plastic sliding door cover ?
