It’s really soothing ☺️ Many others often speak too loudly even when they try to speak quietly and it jolts me awake when I’m falling asleep. It’s been just over 3 yeaes since I’ve listened to an asmr. I can actually tell you the exact day, and the exact time I last remember listening to one. It was April 19th, 2020, at approximately 7:14pm. I remember this because the day after was a life changing day in many ways and I felt tremendous guilt and sadness when listening to asmr afterwards. Being here means I’ve made progress in healing, so im grateful in many ways, and im grateful to the creator :)
