Oh how I remember listening to this song severely wounded with a broken heart. I left my husband of 27 years because of emotional abuse. I appreciate the good times we did share. However in the end it was just too much for me to bare. This song would come on internet radio at work, I went out and bought the cd ( which I wore out in my car ). My heart ached more n more every time I listened to it. Tears would stream down my face n the gut wrenching pain would consume me. That was back in 2012/13. I love Steven universe, and I'm honestly surprised that so little SU fans have heard Estelle's music befor SU. I'm 15 and I was raised with Estelle's music. I was so excited to hear that she'd be voicing in a cartoon, and now she makes Garnet my favorite character.
im 15 too and was raised on these songs i just never new the name of this artist. then i deside to looks up some of the songs of garnets voice actor and am like " YO THESE SONGS WERE ESTELLE'S!?!?!"

This song deserves more than almost 5 million views. As previously stated, Estelle's talent deserves more recognition. I've cried so much to this song. It articulated feelings that lay deep inside of me. It helped to make sense of it all. I learned to let go and see my relationship for what it WAS because of this song. 2019 and it's still on replay.
