The fact that I've never thought of this doesn't tell me this man is unhinged, it really means I haven't fully grasped the game yet. I have not yet truly synced sines with the true Tequila Sunset.
When gaming crosses the threshold of academic acceptance and becomes something that is discussed and analyzed at the same level as literature and film, there will be published, academic articles with these exact same thesis’s.
After reading the post I see their perspective, at least. It could have been written. But it's an unhinged thing to say. Liberating almost in its acceptance that the rest of the world will view you differently, and that that is fine. Because you've spoken your truth an expressed your emotion. Your soul is immense, and writers should have given you the option to fuck the pale, or whatever the hole is.
Also I think you could view it as a testament to how well the game generally allows you to do as you please, or at least manages to understand you. Usually the game goes with you all the way, something rarely achieved, and the fact that this player's greatest problem was this is kind of great. Because the game understands you so well that you're disappointed when it doesn't account for even your most unhinged thoughts. It already let you shoot a child, after all. Why not this? Why not at least acknowledge your thought, which they definitely have access to since they've been reading them the rest of the time, and make some kind of Electrochemistry dialogue regarding your human urges.
And also also writing these comments made me think about love. Because these are obviously not the greatest problems with the game. To me at least, I think the whole ending sequence is beautiful but the fact that you can guess where the shot was from and still be unable to go there or do anything about it is frustrating. And still it doesn't impact my enjoyment of the game, nor does it even really count as a negative in my book. Ultimately it just becomes part of the art, part of the story behind this thing I love. Maybe at the end of the day that's what love is.

I miss so much this game, I was on twitter and Saw some ppl trying to justify and give praise to vigilantes "doing justice with their own hands" while they were beating an elderly man that was completely innocent but one of them thought he was assalting ppl. And also how obvious criminal cases irl were rushed because of the satanic panic or electorial pressure and I just get blown away by how sharp and relevant DE critiques are and the potential of it's mythical sequel. Today marks 100 years since Vladmir Lenin's death and the sociological problems that the soviet union tried to fix are even more prevalent now in some cases and it reminds me of that talk with the two communists about our need to have faith in humanity while fighting the class war because,at the end of the day, it's one of the most humanitarian and necessary moviments that one can be a part of(and probably the only hope that humanity has at beating global warming).

I played the game not knowing anything about it, and i thought it would be a Gta style with drugs, alcohol, and sex. And kinda open world. So imagine my surprise when i found out, you wake up in the world, and can only travel in a small city in the middle of nowhere. You cannot pay hookers to have sex with you. And Kim gets pissed off everytime you buy speed. Damn.
