Seven years of a brutal heroine addiction. I’ve been off heroine for three years now. When I listen to certain songs from the Boy$, like same shackles different chains, mount Sinai, antartica, running through the 7, it brings me back like I am right there in my old room, fighting off the depression, the despair, the loneliness, being so mad that I woke up again and that last shot didn’t kill me. It’s been one hell of a journey and I’m happy now that I don’t live that life anymore. But the pain is still there. The tears still build up when I hear these songs.
