Hi Sir, at T1, the material is not flowing and we'll start plasticating. Therefore, no point in applying pressure. I think T2 should be T no flow at the gate.
Injection molding is forming dimensionally, cosmetically, acceptable plastic parts and at a rate of production that would be profitable to your company. If they say 10 or 20 seconds. molders have to fit the entire molding operation inside that time or have the exact reason it's not possible. Then your plan to fix any major issues. and the rest is a lot of hot sweaty labor. Have fun.
