Bedtime seizures safety - Parenting kids with epilepsy and sleeping at night

Seizure safety at night is a huge worry, here’s how we keep everyone in their own beds and still manage their safety. We are frequently asked how we manage seizures at night, if the child is actively seizing we stay up with them otherwise we tuck them into bed and rely on prayer, having them in safe sleeping situations and the ability to listen (and see)into their rooms through their monitors. We are a large biological and adoptive family with multiple special needs children “vlogging” about the different aspects of our lives, please follow along and see how we do it. This month we have joined up to participate in “vlogmas”and are trying to put up one video per day! We will be including our regular type of content as well as some DIY craft projects that the children are doing for Christmas gifts this year.
