I just disconcerted Spencer and I just love her attitude and energy. She helped me have a better mindset about food already. I was sitting here contemplating if I wanted to eat my chips and dip even though I ate dinner like 2 hours ago and I’m not really hungry and it late, but I was like, “but I want it” so I ate some and I enjoyed it and I’m going to bed now happy. Haha something so small, but she helped me stop being hard on myself about food.

I recommend you look up each supplement you to take so you know the best time of day. For example, some promote energy so you would want them earlier in the day, while others are better for nighttime.

Hey Spencer!!! First off love your videos girly pop, you really really helped build my self confidence, and the confidence of so many others!!! Secondly if you’re really curious, water soluble vitamins you can totally take on an empty stomach with a glass of water (so all B vitamins and vitamin C). Fat soluble vitamins (Vitamins A,D,E, and K) are best absorbed when taken with a meal containing fat, like something with avocado, yogurt, milk or cheese! (I’m a certified Nutritionist lol)! Anyway, love what you do have a good day xx🥰

I think that eating before vs. after with the vitamins is dependant on the vitamin and some of them are actually absorbed better in the am vs pm!

Honestly you should take ur vitamins after u eat if you get bad stomake aches and its honestly healthier.
It depends on what supplement or medication you have. Some should be eaten on an empty stomach, some require food.. it can alter the absorption

Maybe it's a little late for that but regarding the question of when u should have ur vitamins, u should probably do while eating of right after eating since some of the vitamins are only dissolved and absorbed with fats, which you would be getting from your food! Hope it helps, my girlfriend loves u!
