BMW E66 Steering Column Jammed [Upward/Downward] Tilting FIXED

You don't show how you took the covers off. I can't see the top screws as my steering doesn't move at all. What type of screw is it.

Or you can disconnect the battery and then reconnect it and then disconnect it and it should work

Well it didnt work in that easy way 😂, I tried what you suggested before doing this whole thing, its not a battery thing, the bolt was stuck.
