He was trying to say he was in a commercial that was in the show empire not a commercial during the show ..it was a scene and they didn't let him finish explaining ..Lee Daniels created the tv show empire and jussie Smollett acted as a pop star in the show so funny how I could care less about bochetti or this show and I heard that
@@ThreeBZ wtf are u saying? He was in a Pepsi commercial for literally half a second. It might’ve aired during “Empire” before but it def wasn’t a “commercial ON Empire”? It just “starred” that lying loser Jussie too. But if you’ve seen the commercial (it’s on UA-cam) you’d miss Bocchetti if you blinked. And he was talkin like he was in the Game of Thrones finale or some top secret Scorsese project… pathetic man child.
@@ThreeBZI know this is 2 years late, but you’re wrong. That IS what Mike was trying to claim but Mike was lying. I want the podcast where Mike and Stacey or just Mike return from their 2 date west coast tour that went horribly wrong. Mike bailed after 3 minutes, lol.
can anyone find the race wars episode they reference at the beginning? sounds like the mulldog himself was on with bochetti??? never thought id hear mike say "sometimes i wish i was nick mullen"
That caught my attention too. I don’t know if bochetti and nick Mullen were on together. I believe that nick mullens living conditions were well known among local comics at the time this podcast was recorded. So bochetti may just know nick.
Mike Everytime there's any pressure on him.. I feel like Henry Hill getting interrogated in 1980 I feel like we're in a snowball fight in the fourth grade in 1973 on march third

artie is way too much of a ball buster. This podcast made me realize why he had no friends in the end. He was brutal. Funny, but brutal. In Artie's mind, I think he thinks he's " A cool dude" haha ..He's anything but!
I don't think it was the ball busting really (but it does signal his meanness), it was his continuing drug addiction and not paying his debts to people - he owed Norm money, and after the podcast he owed Dan money as well. There's an interview between Dan and Kevin Brennan were Dan explains the issues Artie had.
artie is a very interesting person. when I say what I am about to say, I don't mean it as an insult. But artie is the human embodiment of that mental image of a sad clown. What I mean by that is that he's such a funny guy off the cuff. I have seen him live a few times, and while his stand ups arent anywhere near as funny as his podcasts or work on stern, it's still all predicated on his multitude of demons. His drugs, and addiction, and hookers etc. I get that comics are disturbed people, on SOME level... but artie has such a knack for it, despite all those problems. Thats why I think of that image of like a sad hobo clown. I love that dude. I heard that hes gearing up for a comeback. I hope it's so. I hope he's managed to stay well. really miss that guy. I always think back to when I was 11 and saw Mad TV for the first time and got hooked on artie. He was just this "funny chubby guy". And then when I started learning how dirty his humor is, I got hooked. ART is the reason I got into talk radio starting with Stern.
Dat misable fuckin sangwich and fries?!
I kinda believe that Stacy used mike as well...I think Artie is right..
Jean Black she totally did man. You see her intro it said a regular on the Howard stern show LOL she was on for like 15 minutes in total.
Probably but she was nice to him and willingly spent a lot of time with him. Who else is going to do that for Mike Bocchetti
@@MrElephantBeach yea, spent a lot of time going to other shows with him, she used him for selfish reasons.

This podcast is gold. I didn't even know there was a podcast before the halfway house.
Artie is one of the funniest "off the top of the head" person of all time. So quick and hilarious
Um no. Anyway can say, "Oh you're a regular Jerry Davis." Or any name he's used in that phrase countless times.
@Brian Hacker, I'm sorry. Artie goes into the same beat always. "You're a regular ( insert name. ) It's not funny.

Mike and Bosco doing who's on first is actually really great hahaha

Bochetti shouldn't be allowed to perform stand up if he can't take being made fun of. The staple of comics is making fun of each other, relentlessly.
