Please close the duct door with placing a plywood with a proper latch on top + provision to lock. if someone sitting in the chappel area, if he rests back on the green door of duct, he could accidently die. As an architect/interior designer, please ensure you have no scope for accidents

I have seen very nice videos with ultra luxurious interior design but i alway wonder how would i maintain all these luxurious items and textured walls etc if any kid do something bad with walls but this type of interior design are easy to handle...

Very good designed as per the requirement of the client. 👍 Child bedroom is designed very perfect with triangular design, superb. One thing I would like to suggest is, if client needs you can have a collapsable top below the TV, so that if work can be carried out from bedroom, also in the corner you may provide some storage or mini fridge or mini bar. It's just a suggestion but overall you have really designed superbly and the compliments given by the client is what gives you the full marks. 👍 All the best

Very good work ❤️ One feedback, this video could have been wrapped up in 18 to 20 mins instead of 30. Many portion have been slow and repetitive. Nowadays shorter videos do the trick

Beautiful look. Dry balcony area not there. So there should be a provision for cloth washing machine and also dishwasher machine somewhere near kitchen. Secondly passage nish can be used for either fridge or ironing station.
Dry balcony is there in the flat. But we didn't do any change there,so not shown in the vlog. That passage area can be used for any purpose ( storage / ironing station / bar counter.)
Dry area is in kitchen . we don’t wanted to do any thing extra there … I have kept few kitchen plants washing machine and provision for drying cloths..
Good job .. but one thing i didn't like is.. the electric plug socket which is under the TV .. the wall would have look more beautiful if it is concealed... Or hidden.. or placed somewhere else ... But finally u people hav done miracle....❤
First of all that wall is complete RCC wall and That switch board below tv is provided by builder + it is necessary to operate all the functions of tv unit + tv. We are glad that you liked our work
