It’s not glorifying. They paying homage to the real OG who did shit for they hood where they from. Empires were built from the crack era that the government dropped off in the hood and we made millions from it with hood bad and ugly results. Can’t be afraid to discuss history without it your not living in the burbs today. Many ancestors paved the way and lost lives for a black person to live in the burbs. The only thing I didn’t understand with Big U was asked if he had spoken to Nips family, he said he didn’t have a relationship with them. But then he upset because he said they hadn’t cleared up the rumors with Nip murder. Well like you said they don’t have a relationship him either and they can’t stop the Internet from talking. My brother was raised with 5 sisters, my father was in and out of prison. WE know what real struggle is, just like our parents know and understand their struggle. If we could all take a page from the book of generations learn from it what will help us grow and most of all RESPECT IT. We might have ourselves somethin as a culture, outside of Hip Hop. Music is a great starting point.... but our growth on every level is MANDATORY!!
