    1... Bank dnt want ur money , and not ask you to put ur money or buy home loan etc etc, ur bought loans beca of urs desire
    2.... bank employees are almost good, but why do they shout , government not recurring more employees, small size employees have heavy work load, so on they got anger towards you, dnt ask questions bank, ask government and RBI..
    3.. gather source and start ur videos

    Bro I have done different strategy for home loan closure!!
    Instead of reducing tenure, I reduced my monthly emi..
    For example:
    Assume my monthly emi is 15k and I reduced it to 10k by paying partialy payment. In 15k emi bank takes around 8k as interest and 7k principal. So yearly 8k * 12 = 96k interest bank was taking for 1 yr period but when I reduce the emi to 10k they can only take 6k as interest and 4k as principal so per year I pay interest 6k * 12= 72k per year. In that one year Period I save some and do another part payment for every 6mths…
    One condition for this stratergy is you should do part payment atleast 6mths once.. otherwise u will loose on this method.
    I targeted to close my loan in two years but my actual loan term was 7yrs.. this method saved me good amount.

    I think you got confused when speaking about foreclosure!! Best is to reduce tenure by prepaying money to reduce principle instead of bank suggestion for reducing monthly EMI amount

      If its a flexi interest rate, there is NO penalty for foreclosure. This is applicable for all the banks as per the RBI guidelines.
