If you forgot your screen lock combination or password follow these steps.
1.Press together volume up + home button + power button
2.Release your fingers of the phone when Samsung logo appear
3.Choose with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select it with power button
4.Choose "yes" with volume buttons and select it with power button
5.Wait untiil format is complete
6.Select "reboot"

Before watching this video I resetted the rooted phone using the normal settings, now when I follow your method and I click reboot, it brings me back to the same screen where there is the "reboot system now"

Anyway...i have a question...i have a s galaxy s6310 and i want to reset it but not because i forgot the password...just because it works verrrry slow...it says that if i reset the phone i won't can open the files from my sd card...something about lost the key to decriptation...decript...anyway ..the files from my sd card and i really need my files from the card...it doesn't exist any way to reset the phone without to lose the key to open the files from my sd card?

yes,you have 4 G internal memory but half is for android operating system...You have to move your aplications to sd card
