Moreover from every since I only admire huge houses but never wish to live or own one of them. Am only seeing apartments which I dont need and most houses are carrying over 3 bedrooms and plus the location helps to determine what type you can get.

I just cant be bother with work men and builders when it comes to building a house . Too much headaches so I prefer to go and buy one that's already build. It can cost less to build but tomorrow is not promised to anyone so I want an easy laid back life with absolutely no hassle because when we die we will not be taking absolutely nothing so let's enjoy our life and retirement now.

I am familiar with Boscobel, and Oracabessa and when you drive by I can usually tell the area. In this case since you started at the entrance to this community, I have no Idea where in St. Mary you are. Can you say e.g. 10 minutes east of Tower Isle for example.
That little Island have a History not every one know about that island is the first stop for Christopher Columbus to fix one of his ship before he reached Discovery Bay in St Ann he name in that area Casa Maria
It's hard for people to comes there and build when they're getting killed left right and center. I myself would love to build there, but after seeing some many returning people loss their lives, gives one cause to pause.

The rural land is more Appealing to me...so its nice to see some land that's in the "BUSH😂" and I know the price is more appealing too 👀
