I did a lot of math. It's 50-50!
Current NDA got 26 Crore votes. I.N.D.I.A got 23 Crore. (If you give 60% of Shiv Sena+NCP to I.N.D.I.A and 40% to NDA... I am being very sympathetic to Shinde and Ajit Pawar they won't get 40% actually)
The difference is close.
Upper caste, upper class, and urban voter's may have soft corner for BJP. But the poor, rural voters who are much higher in number are very unhappy.
The numerical strength of I.N.D.IA is stronger than NDA in Bihar, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kerala, Punjab -- 202 Seats

A state wise report with a bit of political history, current political situation, a report of what the current party in majority has done in the past 5 years and a bit of ground work talking directly to the people (which I don't think would be possible for all states as it would require a lot of capital but we can do it for a few major cities I think) would be a cherry on the top. But what about internal feuds within I.N.D.I.A . They are ideologically so different. They might defect or become neutral at any time.
Even before polls , we will see a lot of scuffle within I.N.D.I.A for seat sharing as no political party wants to let other take charge in a constituency.
( in NDA.BJP is the strongest and all others are minor parties which gives BJP a stronger say in matters of coalition, seat sharing and allows it to take charge
On the other hand , I.N.D.I.A consists of parties with similar strengths and influence. Due to this following will be a problem-
-Decision Making will suffer
-No party can dictate the terms
-Seat sharing is itself a fight. No party want to back off for the other easily.
-fight for important posts
-every one has similar gains and loses on stake.
-AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, most of these parties alone are capable to cause a Collapse in the coalition.
- I highly doubt how long sharad pawar and RLD will remain in coalition.
- BJP has more to offer in post poll alliances
Every coalition has some issue but in I.N.D.I.A they are fierce rivals (AAP vs Cong in delhi , punjab) (TMC vs Left in WB) (Cong vs left in kerala) etc
Usually coalition is build around a large party with smaller parties supplementing it but in I.N.D.I.A there is no single party around which all other are coming together . There are different centres of power within it.
They are in zero sum game with each other

Please do it state-wise, party-wise and candidate-wise if possible. If it's not possible to go down all these categories, you can share videos that can guide voters to be informed on their candidates from existing authentic sources, media, or otherwise. You can also show the bare acts, provisions of laws and constitution that every voter should know and simplify it. You can also add more subtitles in different languages, like Hindi, Bengali, other languages in the 8th Schedule as much as possible, so that the video is accessible to common man. Don't forget to add your references/bibliography in the description. It will be a very tiring job, but like you said an informed decision today is exactly what the Constitution expects from each citizen. Best wishes.
