Not exactly, you’d have to separate the pigeon from its parents at a very young age too get it to be this tame. I’ve done it myself but only when I absolutely had too.
Once in my village I found a racing pigeon with a broken wing. It's owner didn't want it back after we called them using the phone number on the leg ring, so we ended up taking care of it.
I saw some hungarian pigiones which waited at a traffic light to cross the road. They looked at the people and began to walk when they saw people going at green. 👀
That's a very aggressively active dove. I've never quite seen a dove do that! I've personally raised a few varieties of pigeons and doves myself, among my other pets. Of the doves, I've raised Spotted Doves and a pair of Australian White Doves. Quite a docile breed of their kind. But this is a very active bird that you have! Was it always like this, or is it a result of it being a hybrid? Beautiful pets, by the way....
Its probably because of the racing pigeon gene. I have a racing pigeon (Turkish dönek) as a pet and he is indeed VERY active compared to his wife, whom is a fancy pigeon (old oriental frill)
