      @Cherel90 just starting this regimen so don't have opinion yet...trying not to be a product junkie🫤 my only concern is polyquats on the humecto conditioner..my understanding is u need a strong clarifying to remove..is that true or will shampoo with sodium laureth remove? I've researched and I get no that I have to use c14-16 ingredient which is very drying..oh what to do😒

    I have started washing my hair weekly, I love it! My scalp never itches anymore. My hair always looks great because once I hit 1+ weeks it looks greasy and weighed down. I blowdry and flat iron weekly. Flat iron on 300° and that gets my hair very smooth. Not bone straight, but definitely silky smooth.
    This is my routine, I love it, and because I love the results so much, it keeps me going. When I used to wait 2 weeks to do my routine, I wasn't loving it and sometimes I'd go 3 or 3.5 weeks. My scalp would itch and I wasn't loving my hair after that first week. Once I started washing my hair weekly, I never skip. I'm in love. I love washing my hair. I love blow drying. I love flat iorning. I love it all now. I also get a trim monthly now. I'm so glad you mentioned shampooing 3 times. I did this my last wash and it's going to be part of my routine now. My scalp and hair felt fantastic! 3 is way better than 2, for me.
    One of the best feelings in the world is water flowing down your scalp ☺️ makes me wanna wash my hair daily
    I love Dominican blow outs on other ladies, but I feel like they don't look as good on me 😢
    Came from Cyn's channel ❤

      Thank you for sharing and stopping by! I agree that going three weeks without shampooing is not good for my hair. I am so happy you fell in love with your hair, the way you want to wear it! Keep up the good work girl!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

      I been wishing weekly, oil pre poo, shampoo, deep condition and then condition….sometimes i make it two weeks but weekly is best and i LOVE my wash day! It takes three hours start to finish…and i love that my hair looks good everytime. And my hair looks good all month. I might have 1-2 days in a ponytail if i stretch to 10 days…but my hair and scalp like weekly washing.
      I rollerset, then press the roots, then use a curling iron on the length to set and smooth the curl. No tool is hotter than 350-375….i guess it’s a “blow out” but i don’t use a blow dryer bc im not good at it lol. Rollerset…smooth the roots and go.
      I’m happy to see the black girlies return to HEAT and more frequent washing. It’s been so good for my hair…whereas…waiting a month or more was not working for me.

      Yes, shampooing regularly is a good thing, especially if your hair is showing good results.

    🎉 YAYYYYY! hi kree!
    I came from Cyn’s channel. I’m SO glad you’re posting videos again 😭 I needed this and I can’t wait to watch your Dominican blowout video. Soo right now I’m using the Paul Mitchell’s Awapuhi Hydrate line and I’m loving it so that’s what I’m gonna stick with. I love shampooing my hair it’s one of my favorite things in life. I bought magnetic rollersets from Amazon that I can’t wait to try. I love doing my hair I can just sit and watch Netflix while doing it 😂
    I got me a $700 professional hair dryer at home that’s gon be with me fo liiiife. I Go to my stylist every 3-4 months for a trim. Right now I’m just working on my blowdry technique as to not damage my hair. I got that Kenra blow dry spray you recommended. I have a paddle brush but not a roundbrush (yet).
    I was stressing about what hairstyles to do on a beachy vacation (U-part wig, sew in, etc) but I realized I can just wash/blowdry and straighten my own hair on vacation. Maybe you can do a video about that! About swimming and what styles/products to use if we’re on a beachy vacation where our hair will get wet and revert.
    Thank you so so so much for posting these videos. The people need it! Love you and Cyn and Tee. I look forward to watching more of your videos ❤

      Awe, thank you so much for your kind words 💗 Yes the kenra blow dry spray is a game changer 🙌 And I looooove that particular Paul Mitchell line you mentioned!!! Just remember to keep it simple! As far as vacation ypu can do what you want. But when you go swimming in the pool just make sure you use a clarifying shampoo right after. Do not wait for days to shampoo your hair.

    Hi Kree, thank you for sharing. Would you say that Keracare is for high porosity hair?

    • @Cherel90
      @Cherel90  18 днів тому

      I would say it's for both high porosity and low porosity.

    • @Cherel90
      @Cherel90  21 день тому

      What do you do instead if flat ironing? Do you do roller set and then wrap at night?

    Hey family! Kree, how often should we deep conditioning our hair?

    • @Cherel90
      @Cherel90  20 днів тому

      I would recommend it once every two weeks. So twice a month. That's just general, though. If you have some sort of chemical damage due to relaxers or bleaching or lightning, I would recommend once a week.
