Absolutely agree delayed wakeup should not exist. Its a such a scrubby mechanic. Imagine getting whiff punished for trying to pressure your opponent when theyre getting up from a knock down. And this isnt even a skill issue. This mechanic is for the braindead mashers who dont understand plus frames and jailing and hard knockdowns. NRS are cooked 😂💀
If they at least made legit hard knockdowns that make it impossible to delay wake up it would've been fine but they just made it a must use every time you wake up
There is. They're just stupid. They just need to make it so moves will combo when frame data allows for it but they code it specifically so some moves go against frame data to make them not combo. For example doing a string into an ambush into another string will drop even if frame data technically allows it. Just remove that bs limitation and then these infinite combos are gone. Sindel had one in the past that worked in the exact same way and the fixed it
