Our aim was to capture and preserve memories from various life events. This is the origin of the name "Z Roll," inspired by "B-Roll," a term rooted in the early days of film editing. Back then, editors incorporated supplementary footage, or B-roll, alongside the main content. As a result, we named our UA-cam Channel "Our Z Roll," symbolizing the B-roll of our life. Given that Zachman is our last name, "Our Z Roll" holds special significance!

The pancakes are really convenient and delicious. They remind me of McDonald's pancakes. If you are looking at the macros, Kodiak pancakes are slightly better for you.

Our 11 year old dog Jazzy tears up most of her toys too! We can’t get anything that’s fluffy like the ones you got. She will get a hold of the ears or the nose or any seam and go at it until it opens up. 🤪
