The Sephora daily brush cleaner, the “Refresh” one, is amazing for quickly cleaning your brushes without having to wash them. It gets them completely clean and dry quickly. I hate washing brushes and absolutely love that brush cleaner lol. It’s even great for natural hair brushes.

Hadnt noticed you did an all matte look. The mattes in the Hershey palette I got are great, its the shimmers that are more of a problem. One of the shimmers in the palette I was able to lay down smoothly with a particular brush, but the other two didnt. When i sprayed them they looked chunky and all of them faded a lot in less than 10 minutes applied neat over eye primer on my hooded eyes. So the shimmers need to be finessed. The cute compact somewhat makes up for them, i really liked the Hershey shape.
I would looooove to see a blue toned palette with maybe some pops of green and pink! I love to play with blue eyeshadow! And blues and greens together and blue and pink together are gorgous! 💙💙
I love cinema secrets but I don't know how it does with your natural hair bristle brushes. It is a pretty strong cleanser. I have mostly synthetic brushes so I continue to use it. It has dyed a few of my brushes blue.
I have one spot on my left eye that gets patchy. I’ll definitely try that primer trick next time! Also, this looked super gorgeous! I’m a shimmer girl, so I can’t imagine going all matte, but you make it look GOOD. Lol. ❤️
Have you tried shaving the peach fuzz in that area with one of those little eyebrow shavers before you do your makeup? I saw Nikki Tutorials do that once for patchy areas. It works for me.
@@killerfreckles1162 My skin in the eye area is super thin and fragile, so getting that close to my eyes with those razors is pretty scary. I have heard that, but not sure I could risk it…

I find that little patchy area is common in Blues, Purple and Green. I think it's not a deal breaker , when you see how to fix it. LOL 😆 So happy to hear you are back to filming 5 days a week. So happy to hear you are back. Just got back from a Tuberculosis test and in 2 days I do it all over again. My medical things have taken so much of my time. I love colourful eyeshadows because of how fun it is to play with the colours.

Your eye look is gorgeous! My issue with this collection is that it’s so repetitive. I just depotted all my food shaped palettes from Glamlite and so many shades were repetitive. If I knew for sure these were all new shades, I would consider it.
I felt like this chocolate one looks like the chocolate Martini and the purple one looks like the wine one maybe ? I need to check because I don't want repeats.
The thing is they may not technically be exactly a repeat. Many colors blend out into the same color. Too it may be a slightly different formula than the similar color making it “new”. Just my thought on why some may be so similar, but I could be wrong I just want to give the benefit of the doubt 🤣😉

100% want this because of the packaging. I'm interested in the lava and dark chocolate. I definitely already have similar colors in my collection, but it's the cuteness factor. I will probably end up getting the pink and purple next time they have a sale.
I got one of the neutral ones and the shimmers were dissapointing. I have trouble laying them down smoothly and keeping them on the lid withouth them rubbing off (i have hooded eyes) even with primer. My BH Cosmetics palettes are my benchmark for amazing makeup, and these fall under that bar. Going to have to try glitter glue plus spraying them with setting spray. I sprayed them the first day and it made them look chunky on the lids, but today they faded too quickly so ill have to spray.
Of course your look came out beautiful! I'm not tempted by this at all, I don't think I would enjoy the formula and I need more light shades. I appreciate your reviews very much. 💗💜💙

As you are talking about whether to put pastels under or over the darker shades, I'm playing with my brand new, just arrived Editorial Brights Pro palette ❤ Such vibrant colours! I'm experimenting with using the white to underpaint vs over the colour, to buff out the edges. They really do give different effects. I am wearing a hot pink one and done for the first time in my life and I am FEELING MYSELF 🤣🥰 This is the palette I have been waiting for and my Simp Train for Viseart continues to gather steam. Have earmarked the cool tone one for my birthday this year. Your look today is lovely and giving me ideas x

Not patchy on me and it also looks beautiful as a pastel, when mixed with the white (which also holds its own). I haven't used the blues and greens yet, they are my focus tomorrow. Edit: Not sure where you are living, but the single yellows from Lethal Cosmetics are also really great. An alternative if you are mainly wanting yellow and based in Europe
I love blue eyeshadow. More people should has well. I think they are just afraid because you can go wrong with blue. I’m a browned eye girl and have just always loved blue. It has always made my eyes pop. Way back in early 2000s I used also love this maybeline mascara that was like called blackest blue or vise versa something like that. One of my best friends could understand how I loved that mascara but damn was it my favorite. Also has a sometimes too cheap gal I’ve have yet to find that perfect shade of blue mascara again.
That cinema secrets caused one of my brushes to lose all of it's bristles and it smells like paint thinner/gasoline....I just use that Zote bar soap now, cleans them well, doesn't smell or stain my brushes and they dry quickly.
Hi Angie! Since you mentioned cleaning brushes in a couple of your recent videos, I thought I'd recommend the Stylpro brush cleaner or anything similar to it. I've been using it for a week but I already love it because it literally cleans and dries my brushes in less than one minute. I use rubbing alcohol because it melts makeup and disinfects at the same time and also dries way faster, but the tool does work with soap and water and with their own cleanser as well
