Sir, Rava for upama is fried and quantity of water and milk is confused. Pl give details

Use roasted rava for this recipe. For one cup of rava, I've added 3 cups of water and half a cup of milk. If you're not adding milk, please use 3½ cups of water instead. Adjust the water quantity according to your preferred consistency.
