STORYTIME
Agency: Fulhamroad Travel and Tours Inc.
Our flight was initially January, but we didn't push through since Covid cases were high that month. The travel voucher cannot be refunded but can be rebooked. We just decided to book our trip May 10-14. They gave us a go signal and also sent us the flight details but 3 days prior to our flight they called us saying that Air Asia canceled the flight. I'm like 'what the heck?!' how did that happen they were saying that it was a problem of the agency or something i don't even understand their point. I looked up Air Asia and there weren't even any announcement or such. We then contacted them to all of their contacts FB, IG, Email and even phone saying na we need to push through with the flight since my friend already ask leave na sa work niya.
Then they called saying that they are arranging another flight for us but 2 days before May 10 wala parin silang binibigay na flight details or flight ticket just to reassure us na matutuloy yung flight. guess what they sent the flight details less than 24 hrs before our flight. which was super hassle for me na galing pa ng province. Napaka hirap nila kausapin as in!
and then this is where naguminit na talaga ang ulo ko sakanila. Our flight pauwi was Air Asia and we were confident na okay na lahat kasi yung prob lang is yung papuntang flight but then for our 3rd day in Bora we again are asking for the flight details or flight ticket namin pauwi ng Manila, they weren't responding! even sa 4th day kinukulit namin sila! Night before our last day they called us again saying that our flight was changed again.
What originally was an Air asia flight from catictlan going to Manila (3pm arrival in Manila) changed to a Cebu Pacific flight from Caticlan to Cebu then Cebu to Manila! and you guys! 9PM pa ang arrival sa Manila ha! Sobrang nagalit nako sakanila! We were even asking them PROFESSIONALLY na to give us another flight na maaga since that was the original flight coz meron kaming mga events or gatherings na kailangan puntahan the next day!
I said na " Anong gagawin namin dito sa flight namin na to?!"
Then the agent said " Ay, ma'am madali lang yan punta muna kayo ng Caticlan then a connecting flight sa cebu to manila"
I was like TF! I know how it works! I'm saying na super hassle ng nangyare and wala kayong gagawin?! Kaya nga nagbook kami through an agaency just so wala kaming hassle na maexperience
So in the end we said na i cancel na lang nila ang flight namin and WE WILL BOOK 'OURSELVES' NG SARILI NAMIN FLIGHT FROM CATICLAN GOING TO MANILA! then we asked nalang ng refund which they gave us again another assurance na marerefund (which is 9,200 pesos) and maprocess sya by May 16 since wala daw office ng weekends.
HINAYAAN NALANG NAMIN SILA and then come May 16 we followed-up our request for the refund kinulit ulit namin sila on all their contacts IG FB emails and phone numbers and they were not responding.
SUper na stress and naloka pa kami kahit tapos na yung vacation namin! May 20 na namin nareceive yung refund but guess what again they only refunded 9,000 pesos! wooo stress level 99999999!!!
!!!! DON'T EVER BOOK UR VACATIONS KAY FULHAMROAD TRAVEL & TOURS INC. !!!!!
UNPROFESSIONAL & HARD TO TALK TO!!! WILL NOT INFORM YOU ON ANY CHANGES SA FLIGHT, TOURS, ETC. BEFOREHAND!! Grabe talaga!!! never again!!! we thought na maganda sila since a lot of other influencers ang naga-advertise sa kanila :/

if want niyo ng medyo private beach, mag station 0 kayo guyz, yung mövenpick yung pinaka affordable na hotel (5-6k per night) dun compared sa shangrila & crimson hehe. Pero worth it naman kasi! Compared mo sa station 2-3 matao

Hello, my friend and I also booked with Fullham and super hirap nila kausap like if you try to contact them sobrang unresponsive na nakakaworry kasi walang assurance yung mga flight details and such. As a person who likes to plan everything early para less hassle, sobrang risk mag book with fullham. Super disappointing lang cause super endorsed pa by celebs and influencers.

I used to buy everything that a certain youtuber recommends pero dumating sa point na meh or pangit talaga irl. No hate naman, baka maganda yung nakuha nya or when it comes to services baka goods talaga for them (maybe bc of the influence rin?). Again, no hate. Pero ayun, super weary na ako of their recommendations. Mas naniniwala ako sa mga smaller content creators na hindi sponsored. Ayun lang, friendly advice na lang sating lahat. Let’s not hate on anyone kasi trabaho din naman nila yun at the end of the day.

I’m really not here to spread hate pero super highly recommended nya ang fulhamroad to the point na nasa list ko na rin ng potential travel agency and then i saw this. I was reminded of all those little comments abt the recommendations that did not live up to the hype that s/he started. Those comments eventually get drowned out in an ocean praises. Be weary nalang din. Mas ok makinig sa smaller content creators kasi honest pa. P. S. Super naloloka ako sa kawalan ng disclaimer for sponsored posts!
