( my sons club in Australia uses it for there pre, middle @ post . ) I’ve done it and feels slow at first but it gets u as you get into it . I like it better then our American beep but also like the Euro beep test which uses that 1/ 1.2/1.3 ext.. ( think I got to 11.6 ? On grass.

Always the test to do when you start preseason. Great way to figure out if you are in shape or you have to work harder.
I do this fitness test all the time, it’s great in preseason!
