Dear James, very sorry for the loss of your father. Always enjoyed seeing you two together on the channel. May he rest in peace and condolences to you and your family. Graham
Castle Royle near Maidenhead, joined with a debenture when it was under development as a new members only course. Moved away from the area and let the debenture go, hoping to move back there soon and now regretting that decision.
Sorry for your loss James! Another great video from you and Chris. Don’t suppose you would visit Sydney in Australia and do a few of these. Would love to meet you guys and have a game.
Sorry for your loss James. If you’re looking for another couple of courses to add to the list, there’s Pleasington near Blackburn which is highly recommended and also Clitheroe close by.
Sorry to hear about your dad James, hold those memories close to your heart. I’m playing NZ in June, I’ll take some pics for you. Come to Epsom I’m sure you’re enjoy our greens - Peter Allis said ‘ if you want to play greens like Augusta, try Epsom’ !
Hi James, Sorry for your loss. Thank you for all you teach! On a lighter note, what’s up with Chris’s pull cart tires. The tires look like he is going to go through deep mud! I hate to see the size of his spikes!😃
Bit late to this one but sending my best to you and yours after the passing of your father. Great video yet again to all involved and even though there's a sad/mournful air I couldn't help laugh early at your reaction to the nettles to the shin. It's all perspective my guy and I know he's mad proud of you and your achievements 💪🏾💪🏾 P.s. I'm local to York and never had the joy (or spare wedge!) To play Fulford it looks epic. ❤
Sorry for your loss James with your father's passing. This is just a great series, lads I have loved everyone of them, thumbs up to Bobby with putting up with the banter you can see he's got broad shoulders possibly a little red along with arms and erm legs...😂 Best comment of the round was Chris,s on your drive James into the trees oh I did laugh. But playing a course like that at 9 under is pretty damm good I'd hate to think what I would have scored. Did you say your playing the Northamptonshire soon?
So sad to hear about your dad. My thoughts go out to you and your family. Thanks for giving a good showing of our course and I even made the cut (the handsome fella on the veranda 😉- not the guy with bag clatter in the background) Hope you enjoyed it and please come back soon.
Sorry to hear about your Dad James. Glad you enjoyed your trip to my Club and well played. Not sure what you were thinking about going with driver on 17 though 😂. Looking forward to the Southern Swing. 👍
Sorry to hear about your loss James, your dad was a nice person. As you are too,I like Laura as well (made for each other)and I bet your son will be nice too.
James - so sorry to hear about the passing of your Pops :( Ialways enjoyed when he was on one of your vids.Condoences and thoughts and prayers. Certainly will be missed... I really love this series of vids. The course you played here Fulford, was nice but once you walked off the tee box it seemed as if the grass was like heavy US Open rough. PS - Peacocks CAN fly!
Sorry for your loss James. Love these next 100 videos, can I recommend bull bay in Anglesey for £55 a round?! We played it last year and it was a great challenge
Hi James. Sorry for your loss!! If you'd like to play a lovely course down south then come and play 18 holes at SOUTH CERNEY near Swindon ( if they'll let you film). And it's £27.50 a round and one of not very many courses to have stayed open all through winter cos of the fantastic drainage. Keep up the great content!
Hi guys sorry to hear of your loss James its never easy losing a parent. My question is why do you both carry the same numbered clubs when surely it would be better if one of you carried the even numbers and the other carried the odds at least you would cover all eventualities
Well played lads and, even though you became Mr Huntley and Mr Palmer, it was great to see that you never lost sight of the beer finish. For those who are not familiar with the reference, Huntley and Palmers in Australia (and, I presume the UK) is a biscuit manufacturer. Cheers guys, love the series.
If you're going to play in New Zealand, try and get a game at Howick golf course. It's one of the most picturesque courses I've ever seen. It's located in north Auckland.
James sorry to hear about your loss, I think you should play Kettering golf club one of the oldest golf clubs in Northamptonshire, the only thing you won't like it starts with a par 3, but in beautiful condition at the moment.
Firstly, condolences to you and your family. I’ve played Fulford and enjoyed it, but not £140 enjoyed it. Not sure why golf is so expensive on your trip, top 100 clubs local to me are Circa £75 a round. We would welcome you on the south coast, Eastbourne Downs is a great challenge and only £35 per round, leave you some money for the own ball birdies, par 72 6579 yards, top of the South Downs, so can be windy, but always in great condition and the sea views are magnificent.
Does the scramble format sap resolve? One might think it would be a low pressure opportunity to shine. But I find myself being too releaxed and missing lots.
Not sure where it rates but the only course I’ve played over there is my home town of Runcorn Cheshire. Made pocket money as a kid finding balls and selling to players back in the 80s. Played in 2016 on holiday
Golflife with Bullard and Hendry then JR and CD in a "Next Top 100". All that spells a perfect evening of golf viewing here in Oz. 😁 Perfect. Reckon we need to have a Golflife and JR/CD collab scramble on a Next 100 venue.
Another great course in Yorkshire is Malton & Norton golf club, just off the A64. I'd love to see you play it to see what you shoot doing the same as at Fulford 👍 I'm a new subscriber after watching this video I'll be watching every episode from now on.
Ellesborough Golf Club near Wendover Bucks. Interesting back nine Par 3,4,5 then Par 3,4,5 and finishing 3,4,5. Anyone else has an interesting numerical sequence? I know one of the courses at The Berkshire has six par 3s, six par 4s and six par 5s.
Hi James so sorry to hear of your loss of your father I know what you are going through as I lost my mum a few years ago so I know what you're going through. Just try and stay strong you and your family are in my thoughts
I lost my father just over a year ago. My mother passed about a decade ago. It's a strange and oddly lonely feeling but time heals. Stay strong brother.
Dude! That green fee is insane!!! I wondered why you guys complain so much about the fees. Now I know why! I am SOOOO lucky to be in rural America. Where greens fees are dirt cheap in comparison!
James, sorry for your loss. Hope you have great memories to help you move forward.
Dear James, very sorry for the loss of your father. Always enjoyed seeing you two together on the channel. May he rest in peace and condolences to you and your family. Graham
Sorry for your loss James 😢
Can I say yours and Chris’s channels are brilliant and can I suggest Beau Desert in Staffordshire 👍
Another 20 minutes further along the A64 and Malton and Norton GC well worth a look. Some great holes and in cracking nick👍🏼
Castle Royle near Maidenhead, joined with a debenture when it was under development as a new members only course. Moved away from the area and let the debenture go, hoping to move back there soon and now regretting that decision.
I grew up in maidenhead, it's a shame the course in town is closing too, luckily winter hill is carrying on
My old club, St Ives at Bingley is a place not far from your base and has lots of history. Nice walk, nice views, glorious 18th to finish.
Sorry for your loss James! Another great video from you and Chris. Don’t suppose you would visit Sydney in Australia and do a few of these. Would love to meet you guys and have a game.
Sorry for your loss James.

Sorry for your loss James. Enjoy the memories ❤
"That left handed draw again" was a great description of James's fade/slice on the 15th approach - well spoken by Chris.
Hi James, Sorry for your loss.
Thank you for all you teach!
On a lighter note, what’s up with Chris’s pull cart tires. The tires look like he is going to go through deep mud! I hate to see the size of his spikes!😃

I see you have added the early step to your early call repertoire.
