Actually abbie is the first student character in the animation who got killed, hes the boy with an apple stalk on his head.
He is not the girl with the bob hair, thats Claire, the main character of the animation.

You got confused on Claire and Abbie… Abbie is the first one to get chased and Claire is the 2nd one to get chased!
I don’t think the creator meant that Miss circle is angry and Oliver for REMOVING the sign, you saw her face when the door was opened, she was terrified and annoyed, so I think Zip and Oliver out up the exit sign, thinking it would be harmless, not knowing what’s behind the door.

The one who got killed first is my favorite character also his/her name is abbie
9:17 actually she was mad because they tricked claire into thinking that was the exit and probably put that exit sign there when in reality it's Alice's room
Miss Circle and the other teachers are actually mad because Zip and Oliver put ON the exit sign. Even the teachers are afraid of Alice.
