PHILLIPS FamBam Vlogs just a little tip for you from here in England 🏴 when it comes to peeling your eggs,tap the shell on the side so it cracks then roll it back and fort on the counter with a bit of pressure and you will see the shell start to come away pretty much in one piece then the shell will come away real easy x

Egg peeling at the ends of the eggs is an air pocket if you crack there also the shells come of super easy
I bring mine to a boil, immediately shut the burner off, put a lid on and let them sit for 15 minutes. I then transfer them to an ice bath but I crack them good and leave them sit in the ice bath for a little bit and they peel very well then. I always make my Momma’s macaroni salad and what we call angel eggs because they are too good to call deviled eggs. LOL.. Turkey is actually my favorite meat, I like ham for Easter. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!!

I put the eggs in water that I've added baking soda to and bring to a boil and boil for 8 minutes and then straight into an ice bath. The bs helps them peel so easy!

Hey guys! Happy Thanksgiving! Y’all should make this cake. It’s called Heath bar cake. All you need is to bake a box of German chocolate cake mix according to box. Then once cake comes of make holes with the end of a wooden spoon and pour a whole can of sweet condensed milk let cook completely once cooled top with cool whip and Heath bar pieces. Heath bar piece should be where chocolate chips are don’t get the ones with chocolate you need the toffee pieces

I love homemaking bread. I took cooking classes in middle school and high school and that was one of the first things we learned how to make. I love making homemade rolls, cinnamon rolls and all kinds of bread. The more you work with yeast the more comfortable you become.
The fresher the eggs the harder they are to peel.😉
It is so good to see you all together for Thanksgiving this year. For all the holidays I am requested to make my homemade roll every year, along with pickle wraps and in the winter they like veggie pizza. In the spring/summer they want the fruit pizza. . Then we would take the homemade dressing when mom was here. We alway have both ham and turkey because for as large as are family is nothing goes to waste. It would be nice to see your cook with me Tina on the rolls or bread. Glad to see you had a good Thanksgiving. Have a great day! 🥰

If you boil/cook the eggs in the air fryer or instant pot and then ice water they peal soooo easy. Like you can get the shell off in one piece lol

Instant pot is a game changer for hard boiled eggs and peeling them under a stream of cool water helps too. I too make the raspberry jello salad. We like the pretzels on top to avoid them getting soggy w/leftovers.

There’s nothing wrong with sleeping in on thanksgiving!!! Donuts are awesome!!! I’ve started eating a double chocolate donuts!!! It’s awesome that emzy loves cooking!!! Homemade rolls are awesome!!! At one point we didn’t buy bread as we made so much!!! It’s awesome that braiden is home 4 thanksgiving!!! We love jello with fruit in. We have to have seafood at Christmas!!! I put bakers vitamin c in the yeast to help the yeast to activate!!! Nothing wrong wiv not having turkey!!!

If you have a instant pot, do the hard boiled eggs in there. The are so quick and easy but the shells come off with ease. 5 minutes high pressure, 5 minutes natural release, and 5 minutes in ice water. Best hard boiled eggs ever
I use our Aroma Pot it’s a rice cooker plus. No release needed, just seven minutes for large eggs eight for jumbo then right into the ice bath. We try to keep a dozen hard eggs in the refrigerator for quick snacks etc. I buy five dozen eggs at a time for just my husband and me. 🙂
I was thinking that also. I have had my Ip for about 6 years now. That's the way I make them ever since I got my IP.

Happy Thanksgiving! Family traditions for my family are pumpkin pie and Turkey for Thanksgiving. Christmas Eve we always go to Christmas Eve Church Service and then come home and make make sugar cookies as a family and on Christmas night we always have pizza for dinner after our big lunch. My stepmom is requested to make homemade rolls every holiday. Your homemade rolls looks delicious. Need to try making.

Happy Thanksgiving Fambam!! Loved this ❤️❤️ I failed at making my rhodes rolls again 🤣 I have makes cinnamon rolls , pizza rolls, bread but I fail at rolls! I’ll have to try the moffats recipe! My list this year turkey, homemade dressing, green bean casserole, potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce, and fruit salad. Turkey is my favorite!

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁 for the eggs, I buy egg lands best and they peel so easy. I did use the ice water before too!
We also use Eggland's Best boil the eggs for at least 11 to 12 minutes then put them under cold water for 5 minutes then take the egg yolks and mix them with a mixer for about 5 minutes the only thing we use as an ingredient is Marzetti slaw dressing then we use a cake decorator to put the yolk mix into the egg white they are so beautiful and fluffy and delicious
Emzy is going to be like me I loved to cook and bake as a kid and still do as a 24 year old
