That really was horrible when the rain came in. Can't fault you for packing up early as I felt the shivers come over me just watching it. 10 out of 10 for effort there Wayne. I had to pack up before planned in the early hours of this morning because the weather changed back to 💩earlier than expected. 3hrs of driving for 3hrs of fishing, and just a couple of pin whiting to show for my efforts. I think that I'm just going to sulk at home until this weather has cleared. Keep up the great work 👍

Oh man, I feel your pain, I packed it in over 10 years ago, my best effort was a 13 1/2 pounder close to the spots you fished, it had half a coke can in its guts!!! I think I did it a favour. Keep it going Wayne, us armchair fishermen appreciate the effort 👍😅

This weather is horrific mate, managed a few hours tonight and was hard going in Cardigan bay shallow water and big swells and plagued with 1lb schoolie bass and straps! Rain was similar to what you fished in there! But had to get out and have a bash, just got in now could only manage 5 hours and got soaked to bone Mrs thinks I’m nuts as I told her I feel so much better for getting out even in this shite! Thanks for the vid always entertaining and just makes me want to load up the van and go back out 🤣

What a let-down, I was expecting you to have been in an epic battle with something from the sea biting your foot, or stepping on the line and a massive fish heading back to sea, and you got caught in the line and a hook got pulled into the foot, hope your New Year goes much better.
