The scene with the boys and the baby was actually from Behind the scenes, but why were actually made photoshots like that? Certainly not without reason and just by coincidence. The universe is rarely so lazy. And actually noone can convince me otherwise the boys didn't spent the night together, after this loving and intimate hug Sherlock gave John.
