Confidence is so tricky. One moment you are feeling yourself and the next you don't. The trick is when you are not confident you think everyone who is, is just arrogant. Most of the time people project their own insecurities onto other people. I mean, we know this by now but why do we still take things so personally? I think it's because we feed ourselves with so much negativity that we believe when we feel down. We then allow other peoples projections to get under our skin and disrupt our peace. Remember this, self-love is an ongoing journey of self discovery and awareness. But it is also when you build resilience towards anything trying to break your spirit. You got this!
