The MOST BROKEN and one of my favorite burrow cancels is one that wasn't mentioned is the pirate and his shotgun mod that gives his shotgun knockback. With it, you can cancel the burrow at the beginning instead of at the end. When a chomper jumps for the burrow shoot them with the knock back rounds and they will bounce away and cancel the burrow completely and on top of that they have to wait for the cooldown to end, wasting the whole ability. It is a great way to make a chomper confused and baffled. Trust me, I'm a pirate main....
For the anchor away burrow cancel, if your not careful and you burrow cancel a hot rod upgraded chomper you will cause the chomper to get more threatening as they will be zooming around. There is one more non-lethal burrow cancel you missed, which is getting into z-mech right after the chomper starts it's burrow animation. (Despite pvz gw2 version not working)
Good content, btw there is another burrow cancel with 80s. U can do it if ur rocket ride glitches and u don’t go up in the air, u do it by doing rocket ride right when he is about to eat you.
Idk if anyone has brought it up in here but timed right the scientist can warp out of chompers mouth, what's even more interesting is when I tested it the ai thinks the chomper ate the scientist making the player vulnerable, allowing the scientist to feed them some ooze
TV head has another one, using the overheated dinner on a wall to set a delay to attack the burrowing chomper. Chomper should be on 75 hp or less without upgrades however
This isn’t really a burrow cancel, but it’s a way to waste someone’s burrow, your gonna be all star with a certain upgrade, I forgot the name of it It basically pushes them away when placing dummy, and makes it recharge faster if you push someone away If you see a chomper about to use burrow, place the dummy next to them quickly, then, finish the job.

you can also burrow cancel while sprinting with engi but you have to time it right

Chomper bait was one of my favorite things to do in GW2. Especially since a lot seem to love burrowing and chasing you down when you shoot them.
