We started bright and early from Bangalore and embarked on a picturesque road trip towards Coorg. The lush greenery and winding roads made for such a scenic drive!
Our first spot was the breathtaking Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery) in Kushalnagar. As we entered, the sight of the towering golden statues and intricate Tibetan architecture was simply mesmerizing. We spent some peaceful moments soaking in the spiritual ambiance and learning about the rich cultural heritage of the place.
Next, we headed to the thrilling Glass Bridge at Nisargadhama. Walking on the transparent bridge suspended over the tranquil river was an exhilarating experience, offering stunning views of the surrounding forest canopy and river below. It's definitely not for the faint-hearted!
Afterwards, we visited the Marcera Gold State, known for its lush coffee plantations and serene landscapes. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air as we explored the estate, learning about the coffee-making process from bean to cup. The peaceful surroundings and cool breeze made it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty.
Throughout the day, Coorg's natural beauty and cultural richness left us spellbound. From the vibrant Golden Temple to the adventurous Glass Bridge and the tranquil Marcera Gold State, each experience was unique and unforgettable.
