Am so sorry to hear that! I never experienced that but I know the watch goes on a 365 days meaning it last year on January 28 2024 you had 4 hrs that day then this year January 28, 2025 those 5hrs will be gone. Unless you earn the same 5 hrs on the same day this year and it will continue like that
