/Been going to Animal General since it first opened and have always been happy with the treatment of my cats and with the way I am treated. Lost 4 elder cats last year and the staff and doctors were amazing. Got loads of hugs and all around kindness and compassion. My cats are also not stressed when they come in even when they hate going to the doctor. Great atmosphere!

I adopted a cat from this place and was giving a month of free treatment and told that my cat was healthy and ready to go to her new home. Not only was my cat sick with parasites and i told them that her stool was wasn't right, they gave me the wrong dosage on the medicine. Not only did they lie to me, this was the most incompetent animal hospital ive ever been to. I was better off going to my own doctor but with the free care they said she would receive why not. Bad mistake...
